Yeah I’m recovering well, it wasn’t my 6 week OB checkup though, it was a midwife checkup mainly for bubs 🫶🏼
No not really any jealousy at all, it’s surprised me. He does ask me to pick him up when I’m holding her a bit but otherwise he’s very kind and affectionate to her 🥹🫶🏼
Microwaving destroys the nutrients in foods doesn't it? When nursing it's important to eat nutritious food. Important for all of you. Couldn't you hire a cook that is not a chef. Anyone that can follow a recipe can do it. I just feel passionately about nutrition, I wouldn't trade it for anything. I personally do this work in Canada. It only takes me 4 hours to cook many meals for a family of four. We freeze the meals, some are in the fridge fresh. Don't compromise healthy nutrition.
