Le Veneziane Italian Gluten Free Corn Pasta Ditalini 250 on Amazon tastes a lot like wheat to me! It’s really good you just have to rinse the noodles before you eat it! 😊

I have celiac, and my mother had. She had celiac back in the 90s. She develop other autoimmune diseases because she wasn’t fully gluten free (we suspect). You don’t want an ending like she had. Forget your pasta and be grateful you have celiac now rather than last century.

I don’t know if I have it, but I’ve had some of those symptoms including, constipation, bloating, and I have to use the bathroom after every meal. Can someone tell me if any of these symptoms are I guess like real? Every time I tell my mom she thinks my bloating is just because of my period. Thank you for these videos Jordan, I needed some kind of explanation for this.

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing these symptoms :( my advice would be to maybe try avoiding gluten for a bit and see if anything changes? I would also suggest keeping a food journal, writing down everything you eat and your symptoms so that when you eliminate certain things you can track what helped and what didn’t. Please let me know if you have any more questions pls I want to help

hi Jordan, I was diagnosed about 6 months ago and was just wondering If you had any other vitamin deficiency or thyroid problems after your diagnosis? this video was super relatable as I also live in arizona, was also wondering if you are going to college and how that is going for you?

Hey Evan! Yes I do have vitamin D deficiency as well as an iron deficiency. I also do have thyroid problems. I am in college and it’s very hard to be gluten free. I’m going to be making a video soon on that.

I have a naturopath too! She’s amazing. My cafeteria is not super accommodating but I just got hired by my schools office of accessible education so I’m hoping to help the school become more accommodating!

Did your family adapted to your gf lifestyle or how do you otherwise prevent cross contamination? Do you have your own gf toaster ?
Did you replace any of your makeup, hair products?
Have you checked your bone mineral density levels ?
Since celiac is a multi system disorder, did you suspect it to be the cause of any headaches, brainfog or irritability? studies showed it can cause neurological symptoms and cancer. Did any of your family members got tested ? ( as it is inherited).

Hi! My family did adapt to the gluten free lifestyle although not completely because my brothers think it’s gross lol. I do have a separate toaster as well as butter. And when cooking on the stove, if my brothers eat something that is not gluten free they wait until I’m finished using the pan/pot so that there is no cross contamination. Also I really enjoy Thrive Causmetics makeup. I don’t worry too much about hair and makeup though because I’m not consuming it.
