@climbingtaiwan can you rappel directly off these using dynamic climbing ropes (multi pitch scenario) ? Do they stock ones with wider holes for 3/8" bolts?
Hi. I personally would not recommend these specific hangers for any rock climbing application. The maker/designer of them made for more canyoning/rappeling usage, and not where a dynamic loading (e.g. belaying from a multi-pitch anchor) would be experienced. Yes, you can directly rappel from them, but the thinner material was chosen to reduce weight. If you're interested in TEBYLON products I think their EXP3 would be better suited for a climbing(+rappelling) application; there's more available metal on them. I'm not saying this small lightweight TEBYLON Ring is weak or not strong enough for rappeling loads, it just falls short of the durability and robustness climbing anchors should have and what climbers are used to.
Definitely strong enough when it comes to max load, but I am not sure if I would use them when they are deforming at as little as 3kn.

Oh, this TEBYLON Ring is only available in a 8mm (5/16") version. But their EXP3 has a 10mm bolt hole and will work for 3/8” bolts for sure.
