Well once adcs get strong everyone cries since adcs are then played in every role in nearly every game, so everyone cries until Riot changes it (while everybody always says that adcs are crybabies). I also dislike Riots balancing on adcs behalf but it sadly is what it is.

Other day I saw an toplaner crying about adcs buying lethalty because he disliked playing against quinn top and all adcs should be nerfed, this on a video about a rioter talking about bruisers building lethality because bruiser itens werent good for them, the guy failed to notice the basic, people are kinda delusional.

After switching to top lane 1 season ago i finally understand why top laners cry for adc nerfs, it is because the better botlane dominates games 9/10 times, by botlane i mean support + adc. Support is the reason adc is strong and thats why rito balancing is always shit. In high elo adcs are very strong and in mid to low elos, nobody wants to play adc and support because nobody knows how to play bot, it is just so much more difficult compared to top and mid and jungle. Adcs will always feel awful without teammates which is very sad

You also fail to understand that toplane, midlane and jungle have so much impact, jungle self explanitory, it has the most early to mid game impact for jungle objectives and lane ganking pressure. Midlane can roam and a winning midlane opens up the map with the enemy tower that also pressures enemy jungler. In lategame nearly every midlane has the possibility to oneshot the adc. Toplane can pressure the enemies by with map presence other lethal pushing power, splitting and beeing ready for teamfights at the same time or splitpushing so leathal that you either have to send a carry to stop them or at least two of your team. In the mid to late game it is all about the strongest member of the team (nearly everytime adc, that is why it is called Attack damage carry), so protecting your own while trying to catch the enemies off guard (as well as the enemies protectors) wins the teamfight. Everyone always wants to be the star of their team and then fails to see what their role should be, ending in crying that other roles are stronger. You can‘t always be the carry, even adcs not. In teamfights it rarely seems like it is toplane but brother I have seen some cracked Aatroxes, Gnars, Irelias and Orns carrying the game while not always killing everyone themselves, because it is rarely their role.
@@nanashialfarr yeah adcs are supposed to be oneshoted. if they aren't then they are not adcs anymore, they are bruisers. Also adcs have been insanely broken since s8, they are both a bruiser, adc, and assasin at the same time. This makes assasins and bruisers be really bad since why should you play a champion that has 1 "role" instead of 3?
I have been experimenting with first strike, double ad shard Caitlyn. I'm just curious is the double ad shard any good? Since I felt stronger in laning phase but the AAs were strange (for a reason :D). Also first strike feels more op (than fleet). The only downside is not having sustain. The damage is insane tho. Ult oneshot is pure joy in the lategame. I don't get why pros use fleet on Cait (not only it feels worse but also has a lot less damage). For the curious ones, the build: Collector, Opportunity, antitank item (depends on healing LDR or MortalR), IE, RFC, BT (sometimes i go BT eary for sustain and more damage) Forgot to mention... First strike for me feels decent but going full lethality build makes it seem like the only build that can carry. Going collector opportunity ldr ie feels amazing right now but I think ddang’s build is better. I want to wait for next split and see if lethal cait will be good with full attack speed.

Like you said, pros use fleet on cait because of the sustain that the rune gives. The same reason why they go bt second on aphelios for the sustain
