I was diagnosed in 2012 with lupus. My appendix and gallbladder ruptured. Had both ovaries removed, then a total hysterectomy. I've had several miscarriages and almost lost my son. Im rooting for you and sending good vibes. I struggle every single day. But i still manage to work a 50 hr work week because I have to provide for my son. He is my driving force. Much love to you dear.
I was under the presumption not assumption that we had gotten further regarding lupus my sister had leukemia and she died and I was under the presumption that leukemia was now almost curable I know they're two different things but am I wrong that both of them I am wrong on that they are not curable or sustainable
@@sparrotaraThere’s some Leukemias that become more of a chronic health issue that needs treatment for your lifetime, and then others that are very aggressive.

Mannn I was on bars so bad going through a very rough patch in my life when this song came out. I lost my grandfather that raised me. It tore me to pieces. The bars helped me forget. I’ll never forget this song. RIP papa. I miss you so much .
Oh my this actually broke my heart as a fellow lupus sufferer. I was on life support end of 10/23 bc of myocarditis which is inflammation of the heart muscle. All my organs failed and for the last 6 months I've fought for my life. She is an amazing spirit. I've always had a deep connection to her music. We will fight along with you Halsey.
Did you have the vaccine. My mum had the vaccine and was diagnosed with myocarditis as a direct link.
@hollyjlrs I did but I had the vaccine 26 months prior to the myocarditis. It was a question I asked when I became aware of the link. I also was told by my rheumatologist that about 1/2 of lupus patients will get and pass from myocarditis. I am so, so sorry your mom had to deal with myocarditis. 💗

When I turned 22 I was diagnosed with lupus, and every day it’s a new bag, I had no idea, that you having been fighting- I’m a huge fan and I’m sending you all my love and light- please put your needs first always, you having given me so much happiness, and love I only wish the same for you.
We were created to be loved and not abused. When we're abused, we malfunction with our body soul and spirit. Halsey was in a narcissistic relationship. He sucked the life out of her. Prayers are with you girl. ❤

I have lupus too it's very frightening, different symptoms daily, sweeting, skin hot to touch. I think a lot of it has to do with narcissistic abusive relationships where we internalized the abuse. I love Halsey and I will start praying for her tonight!!! ❤

My grandma has it. She's been through a lot of trauma and I think that has something to do with it. She's manages it with clean eating and lots of exercise.

Thank you for saying this. I’m 34 and not surrounded by people that understand SLE and Endometriosis. It’s hard. Every minute of my day is spent trying not to get sicker. Love to all who fight and have fight Lupus ❤

My mom was diagnosed with lupus late for lupus. She was 46. She had bad days and crappy days but never gave up! She was a true fighter as is every one who's diagnosed with lupus!! She enjoyed her life even through the struggles ❤ I miss her every day 💔😢
I’ve had lupus for 21 years. It only got better a couple years ago when I went gluten free and that got it about 50% better and then when I cut out all grains, seed oils, beans, vegetables, etc. I basically went carnivore for over 300 days. Only meat and dairy. My lupus is in remission and I’ve been off all medication since 30 days into doing carnivore. I have added things back now but I still cannot eat most things without my hands swelling or getting rashes or joint pains. There are so many people in the carnivore community with the same results. I’m praying for all of you in the comments that you can find relief. ❤

Omg you just said what I always say and think allot. I say it bc my mom passed away (my soul flame and best friend next to my daughter! Soul mates don't always have to be lovers!) And one of the things she ALWAYS said was prayer in numbers works better than any thing! I watched this PHYSICALLY come true as her and my step father took turns praying and laying hands on me one night several times throughout the night when I would wake up crying in pain from the severe dental infection I had had for weeks without any antibiotics bc of a very VERY negligent (at best!) Dentist and a narcissistic ex who wouldn't stop screaming at me so I had to go to my mom's just for a break to be in pain quietly and less stressfully. The only reprieve I had from the pain was when my mom would lay hands on me and pray until I fell back to sleep. It was almost instantly every time! At 4 am she finally said enough is enough and took me to the doctor Andi was hospitalized on IV antibiotics for two days. It was rough. Valentine's day too. I lost my mom to lung, liver and bone cancer in September 2021 she was only 59 years old. I was 38. Worst loss of my life Andi NEVER expected my mom would be the one to die young. I always feared it would be my dad bc of his health issues. My mom has the same things I have as well: fibromyalgia, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, ibs, early age hysterectomy, asthma, dental problems and early dentures etc etc etc we were like the same person in two bodies. I feel so lost now without her. She was the only one who got me and cared and I thought she didn't bc for meant years I lived with my dad while she was with her ex and hooked on meth. She finally left him and got sober just to die 15yrs later and was with a user, narcissist, hillbilly cheat who hurried her death along by overdosing her while she was home on hospice. From day of diagnosis of cancer to death it was only 11days. I got the last 3 days with her and she was unconscious 98% of that time and was on her right side the the whole time. Never moved. She was in a Dilaudid drip, liquid lorazepam and the highest dose fentanyl patch you can be on and also had a "boost" in her iv we were able to push every 12 minutes if she NEEDED IT for extra pain control my step dad said someone needed to be up all night taking turns to always hit that button. He was also giving her her normal oxycodone 30mg pills and was giving her the liquor lorazepam every two hours instead of every four. I tried to tell the nurses that came only once bc she was on in home hospice. That's what they said she chose. I think he talked her in to it and when she was all out of it on meds in the hospital. He was drunk and drinking the entire time I was there and he knew my mom hated it. Now his cancer is back. He got it when they first for together and my mom did EVERYTHING for him and to keep the house running and take care of my brothers. Oh who also were in the woods at 26 and 31 years old building a freaking tree house while she was laying there dying. They didn't help her with ANYTHING! I have stuff much resentment in my heart towards them for it and I know I need to pray for God to give me the strength to forgive them for it and forgive my own ex for all he put me through for twenty years. My life was almost a carbon copy of hers. Except for the meth addiction. Mine was pills. Pills that I got myself off of only to be told I had all these underlying health issues and that was where my pain was coming from. So after 7 months off and bedridden (with only my mom coming over to help me) I finally let them put me back on then. Just to feel like a failure for it again. Anyways wow I really just spewed all my personal problems/issues. I'm sorry. Feel free to ignore this lol. But yes my pain point is that"pray in numbers is much more effective! And I'm tht type that always stops and prayers right then! Andi don't usually say "prayers" bc it doesn't need to be said. As the bible says:"do not let your left hand how what your right hand does". Only God knowing is all that matters. 🙂
@jennifer6922 I am so sorry about your mom. I know that loss all too well. I lost my mom too. She was also a praying woman, and after her 2 strokes, she became like my child. The loss was horrible, and instead of going to God for comfort, I turned away. I am now back on my life path with Jesus and pay hyper attention to those who also walk with God. Because I've learned the difference between tradition and actually having a relationship with God. Please ask God to help heal your heart of the resentments. I know that as well. It can be hard to let past hurts go but if Jesus can forgive people as they mocked, beat and shamed him...we can definitely follow his lead. I didn't speak to my family for years after my mother's death. But God says that we have to forgive to be forgiven, so please take it to the Lord in prayer, and he is faithful to answer. I'm also sorry about your dad. We often forget that we live in a fallen world and our flesh fights against our spirit and sadly sometimes people aren't strong enough to walk in faith so they stumble and fall short. But God said to forgive 70×7 times a day! Your heart seems so beautiful and I'm sorry it has experienced so much pain. I pray that God uses those experiences as a power testimony for many you will cross paths with. Remember we loved our mothers, but God loved them first and MORE! May you be blessed and continue to grow strong in the Lord daily. He loves you, even if at times we don't understand the plan there is a purpose.❤️❤️✝️👏🏿🤲🙏🏽

God, I feel this. I was diagnosed with lupus after YEARS AND YEARS of doctors telling me I was crazy and putting me on every anti depressant known to them. Even after I told them my mom had died from it when i was 19 and more than likely it was passed down to me. Their lack of knowledge and empathy ended up destroying my kidneys, then my lungs began to harden and now my heart is going out. Those years I could’ve been treated and taken seriously. Halsey is strong, and she can get through this. But as all humans, our time here is finite.
This makes me so sad, she's one of my fav artists. Manic is just a masterpiece. Sending healing energy✨✨

My mother battled lupus SLE for 15 years . Unfortunately lupus effected her organs in a negative way and she was diagnosed in 2018 with interstitial lung disease, where she fought that for 6 years . We lost her april 2021 to ILD.
Lupus is not an easy journey and its extremely painful and overall heart breaking to see your loved one go through .
My nana had lupus, its hard but manageable. I wish the best health and life for Halsey ❤

Poor girl. I have lupus and early stages of heartfailuer I've already had 1 heartattack and 3 strokes luckily I'm still normal just memory issues and seizures. So ppl just get the crappy end of the stick atleast she was able to enjoy her life and live her dream many ppl don't. I pray she is healed and able to live a long life full of joy and happiness. I wouldn't wish being truly sick and struggling on anyone. No one deserves to live a life out of your control in pain and struggling.

My sister was originally diagnosed with lupus when she was 14, but she didn't let us know until she was 30 and now she will be turning 54 in July and she has been dealing with other medical issues. So just take care of yourself and you'll be ok.
