I think Chef Choi is alright.. i guess they kind of exagerating for this show, because the concept was to show how strict the bosses are.. i watch chef choi in tvxq 72 hours, he did keep checking on the cost and else during lunchtime, and before they kinda hv a meeting, but i think he was alright. If u dont get strict in the kitchen, it's easy to get messed up. And before the guest hyunyi said its hard to keep on the restaurant business, that she failed because of cost n revenue. Chef choi is not only the chef but also the owner, its so normal that he paid attention to cost n revenue, if not it's hard to stand on this business..

Yue Y there are boss that wont even cook for staff. Ive worked in places where you either brought your own lunch to the restaurant or ate the unused scraps. In those places you had eat fast and ive spent many months eating over the trash can trying to eat my food in 3 minutes or less.
