How to enter at BIOS with Sony Vaio (IMMEDIATE SOLUTION)

There are a lot of videos with too much blah blah blah with no reason , well if you wanna know how you can have access into BIOS settings just press and hold the F2 button before you press the power button. When you hold F2 button , press the power button and never let the F2. Be patient and in less than 30 seconds the Bios menu will appear. When this happend its time to release the F2.

This F2 is the correct button for Sony Vaio PCG-91211M
Model: VPCEJ2B1E except you need to press the power button and wait for the 3 leds to go out before tapping F2 repeatedly, you don't hold down with this model. If you don't get the timing right your laptop will boot. It is definitely the correct key despite other videos saying differently. Just persevere. Again for this model if you can get to "Restart" as soon as the Vaio screen appears press F2. Goes into bios instantly. (My BIOS Version is R0180Z9)

I have a cracked screen and using an external monitor for my laptop. F11 works for me, i think. Its the only function button where I can see my flash drive blinking. Trying to start up on boot but the external monitor does not pick up or show on the screen the bios set up. Is it because it's an external monitor? If so, how do i go around this? I have a sony vaio VGN-Z21Z which its my processor supports VT-x. The problem is that it is
disabled in BIOS by default by sony and in BIOS there is no option to enable it.

Hello and welocme to my chanel , well here is a solution for your problem , at Sony Vaio E Series there is a little button near the F12 , it says "ASSIST" , press that button while your computer starts and it will gives you a new menu (Vaio Care - Rescue Mode) , you can choose the start bios setup option.

1) just press F2 continuously when your pc starts... this will take you to bios settings or
2) just shut down ur computer completely and then press ASSIST button which will go to Rescue mode.... then press F2 for BIOS setup , if there is ASSIST button on top right corner of your laptop , press it after you switch on your laptop.
then "VAIO Care(Rescue Mode)" will appear , enter in Start BIOS setup

boot to bios, go to advanced and there should be a virtualization setting, if there isn't update your bios, if it's still not there you need to find a modded version that unlocks hidden options
