Just saw you on shark tank. My question is where can I get the fixed version of it? The one where it does not slip? I see them on amazon but those might be the older versions where the manufacturer messed up. I also saw on your website for returned policy is only if not used. Which if item is defective & you find out after use is only way but then no refund which worries me.
