Low tax bases mean little money for schools. Federal assistance is always held up for partisan reasoning. This issue is not strictly a color issue. Southern Red States with majority white populations also suffer from lack of funding and poor education. It's systemic.

I used to work in one of those schools and saw smart black kids go to waste cause the leftist woke ideology rather not punish bad kids and sacrifice good kids for the sake of equity. All kids were being taught 2 grades lower to cater to the bottom without having to flunk them.
However who is against school choice which would easily solve this. And which party just happens to get money from school unions. How easily would this be fixed if parents could choose which schools their taxes funded with vouchers. Also it's bad to give funding based on tax. It puts a disadvantage for the low income. However much of the money that goes to public school is wasted. About 80 dollars per kid per day.

Among those mistreated as well as the Black race, were the Asians and worse of all were the American Indians who we massacred and cheated out of their land and natural resources as well as their children were taken away from them. If you check out many other countries, you will find not much difference concerning their treatment of past slave races. We should be teaching tolerance and inclusion without putting a guilt trip on any particular race. Based on past history separating out a person based on the color of their skin is about as racists as you can get. Remember how the American Japanese were treated during WW2, and that Chinese could not own land. We were taught in our U.S. History classes all about our countries past. Three of the four people on this panel are intelligent, successful people who happen to be of recent African heritage. I certainly don't think that being African American seems to have kept any of them from achieving amazing success. This sort of turning any argument into a supposed desire to hold African American people down is NOT what conservative and quite frankly liberal people, of all ages are trying to do. People are waking up to this billion dollar grievance industry and refusing to be shut down by accusations of prejudice supposedly held by white people secretly. I'm not a conservative, but we can't intelligently talk about problems as fellow Americans if people are too afraid to say anything critical about a very radical ideology. This is a multi billion dollar industry but the one trick of shaming people isn't working anymore. So people on the left are being lied to that conservatives don't acknowledge our very checkered past. These are tactics not good faith arguments.

On the other hand, a "theory" that holds that all white people either admit they are racist then they are racist, or if they deny they are racist that is ever more proof they are. The logical outcome is easy; all white people are racist. This is to any reasonable person, an insane criteria to apply to all of America much less school kids, but the "progressive" movement has cloaked this divisiveness in so many virtuous words, that people like you have been brainwashed into thinking this is all perfectly sound. Really think through what CRT says. Every white person you have ever known is hopelessly racist. Is that really what you believe??

Ryan.... for purpose of illustration, I;would like to shift the context away from racism. Let’s talk about sin. The church says that all people are sinners. But perhaps we could find people who are not sinners by simply asking people whether or not they are sinners .... just as you suggest we can identify racists by asking whether or not someone is a racist? Then, you find non sinners ( non racists)among the people who say they do not sin? (Are not racists)? Is Jesus or the church saying that everyone is as evil as Charles Manson anymore than we are saying that every racist is Hitler?
On the other hand, what are you saying? Are you saying that if you are not Charles Manson.... then you are not a sinner?
What I am sayings is that.... like sin... I think we all have racist inclinations... just like we all have sinful inclinations. And, that we should make conscious efforts to reduce the impact of these inclinations on our life and the lives of those around us
I think that being a racist is an unfortunately normal part of being human. But recognizing that racism is pervasive is not saying that everyone is no different than Adolf Hitler.

@@MrArdytube Ardy, thanks for putting in a meaningful response. I'd counter argue a few things. Consider the fact that you had to compare CRT to a religious/spiritual worldview that is not at all a part of public or private policy making. You wouldn't catch an HR department in America talking about how everyone needs to admit they are a sinner. And yet here we are changing policy and law in every facet of life in something which is essentially an article of faith.
Second, but related, we've drifted from the meaningful to the hypothetical. If we applied such a broad definition to other social factors we could say that there is "systemic greed" or "systemic laziness" or "systemic violence" or "systemic ignorance" - and yet because the neo-marxists lost the battle for class warfare in the 60's and switched to race warfare to compensate, here we are talking about race, because that is how the marxists can divide us. In short, degree and extent matter. Racism is not America's biggest problem, and it's not even black Americans biggest problem - you could put drug addiction, failing public school systems, widespread destruction of the family unit based on incarceration (again drugs) and government programs that incentivize *not* forming a family way way in front of racist white people as bigger problems.
3rd, to support your "well, you are probably at least a little racist, and why not think about that awhile" position, you are ignoring what's really happening out there in the wild. People are being intimidated, fired, shamed, canceled - people are being sent to lite brainwashing sessions by their HR departments and fired otherwise. In public schools white kids are being taught they have inherited the sin of slavers, and teachers are being taught they are "black spirit killers". This is all well documented. Many leaks are available. Only mainstream media isn't covering because it doesn't fit the narrative. But at this point, anyone who doesn't see that this is a highly discriminatory, divisive and actually racist movement in practice, just doesn't want to see it. Don't trust me. Look for the info. It's all out there.

relies upon “interest convergence” (white people only give black people opportunities and freedoms when it is also in their own interests) and therefore doesn’t trust any attempt to make racism better
is against free societies and wants to dismantle them and replace them with something its advocates control
only treats race issues as “socially constructed groups,” so there are no individuals in Critical Race Theory
believes science, reason, and evidence are a “white” way of knowing and that storytelling and lived experience are a “black” alternative, which hurts everyone, especially black people
rejects all potential alternatives, like colorblindness, as forms of racism, making itself the only allowable game in town (which is totalitarian)
acts like anyone who disagrees with it must do so for racist and white supremacist reasons, even if those people are black (which is also totalitarian)
