- In this video, I'll be reacting to a cover of one of my favorite Megadeth songs, Symphony of Destruction, by Nightwish! After listening to the Greatest Show on Earth, I pointed out that there was a section that sounded like it had the same melody as the Symphony of Destruction, and thankfully, there were a handful of comments telling me that Nightwish had done a cover, so I knew I had to listen to it! That's the first time I've heard the Bucharest version. The one I've watched is , I think, from Montreal. Both good though.
Marko also sings lead on 'While My Lips Are Still Red' (Wembley show), and Master Passion Greed (never been performed live)
And you can NOT complain about being old if you were in high school in 2004. You're still a puppy. 🤣 . I graduated in '87 and there are plenty of Nightwish fans older than me.😁

Makes you wonder how successful Nightwish would have been with only Marko on vocals...? I love his solo stuff too...he's just a full on Rockstar! Even his performances on Finnish Masked Singer were amazing!
One more cover you might enjoy... is Locomotive Breath by Jethro Tull. There are 2 versions out there...one w him and Troy on a stage (maybe on the cruise ship?) .And a 2nd video is Marko and Troy like, backstage on metal folding chairs, wearing shorts and flip flops...that is the better version!
