No. There are different styles of butterfly valves that have different design features. The butterfly valve in the video is a resealant butterfly valve and usually do not have graphite packing. The butterfly valve with stem packing and firesafe designs will be a high performance style butterfly. These cost more and have more features. Hope this helps. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for the feedback. This particular pin was really jammed in there. I used an Allen hex tool to try and get this pin out. We normally use a solid metal rod to push out pins but didn’t have it while filming this video. I am not sure if there is a tool out there specifically made for this application?
