      Almost seems like the people that say these things don't even lift at all. You don't have to be that strong to have an understanding that strength is fluid and changes. And when you don't do something for six months you'll have to start at a lower point than when you left off. Very simple stuff. When I was a kid I thought that if someone lifted 500lbs then that meant that they could lift 500 on any day at any time in any way. That seems to be on the same level of logic as some people.

    • @normanwilmoth7404
      @normanwilmoth7404 3 года назад

      @MdoubleHB i agree partially all due respect. I believe in the natural route but just taking gear and sitting on your ass does absolutely nothing. For gear to work takes extreme dedication from training, dieting and getting plenty of rest for recovery is the only way gear works. Now like a guy like me who's natty who has to bust my ass 100 times more than the juiced guy to even get close to the gains of a guy on a cycle. Basically you can gain 15 to 20 pounds of muscle with just a twelve week cycle as long as you're training hard dieting right and getting plenty of rest. For the natty he can gain 15 to 20 pounds as well doing the same regimen but it takes the natty 1 year to gain that same amount of weight. I've been training seriously for over 10 years and I'm bigger than most of the guys that cycled because my muscle was earned the hard way and is way better looking than the bloated water retention look of roids. If you gain it naturally your muscles look extremely dense and rock solid compared to a guy who looks like he injected water straight into each body part, looks like when you're buying cheap hormone injected chicken from a grocery store that's blown up and when you bite into it water runs out. Then you buy the good chicken no hormones and yeah it's smaller but it's solid dense meat without excessive water running out. Long term natural is the way to go. Looks better more solid, dense and once you've earned a lot of natural mass you can simply maintain it and it won't go away unlike a guy cycling off and drops many pounds of muscle very fast. To answer your question no I don't idolize them but I do know they still have to put the effort in but unlike the natty, users without there gear lose there gains fast off cycle while the natty gets to hold on to his hard earned gains. Natty all the way, it's worth having the patience to gain it over the long term instead of just wanting instant results✌

    • @normanwilmoth7404
      @normanwilmoth7404 3 года назад

      @@victorsoto4821 I'm natty and been for over 10 years of hard training and since I put the time in I'm bigger than most guys experimenting with juice plus natty muscle looks 100 times better and thats just facts. Do I hate on people who choose that route no because I look at it as it's there body there choice and my choice is natural for the well-being of my health long term. Both still take extreme dedication the only difference is the natty just gains slower but the upside to natty is once you get to the size you like it's easily maintainable compared to juicing because once the off cycle phase happens they drop in size drastically and to get it back requires another cycle and that's the rabbit hole I choose not to go down. I'm proud of my hard earned gains because I can just maintain at this point and those hard earned muscles aren't going anywhere. There's positive and negatives for both routes but definitely the long term natty route basically has no negatives only positives compared with the many negatives of risk to your health that the juicer takes upon his or her self. It's simply a personal choice is how I look at it but I don't hate since I believe everyone has a right to choose there path in life and I choose mine which is natty all day.

      @@normanwilmoth7404 You hit the nail on the head, couldn't have said it better myself. I'm 35 now and still feel strong as heck. I walk around 185ish and still bench over 300, deadlift over 500 and squat 400ish been lifting for about 11 years myself as a natty, granted. I do feel age catching up to me a little, but I can still perform. Not only that I've managed to find a good balance in being able to run miles. I just ran 7 miles yesterday at a 8min mile pace a mile, not amazing but not bad for a guy who lifts. It's honestly all a mindset and what you put in is what you get out.
