I saw in another vid that the funnels from the Super Dragoon ex don't benefit from the weapon skills that affect funnels. But I haven't checked this. I like the GN Fangs for the damage + stun and looks, and the Age-FX C Funnels since they can make a offensive shield on my melee build.
This is true to my own knowledge because the Super DRAGOONS are NOT a Funnel EX skill. They’re part of a Hyper Trans EX skill. Hopefully the Super DRAGOONS get the attack speed buff too, though.
Rose funnels have an insane paralysis. I use them to supplement my melee build. They even prevent knock back, so I the the enemy close to keep melee strikes hitting
So a couple of things; Lighting/Yellow awakening boosts attack speed of Funnels and stacks with Hyper Trances EXCEPT Trans-Am. Parts Mastery can allow you to “double dip” on Funnel Exs by using a funnel backpack and then using Super Dragoon hyper trance. The GN Holster Bit builders part seems to have the highest raw damage, it may take 8 Ex gauges to use but they can earn back upto 4 Ex gauge charges from Ex gain on kill/parts break
There's a mod in nexus that makes funnels shoots more frequently, I wonder if I keep that after the update it'll shoot too often or just doesn't work. Also I kinda dislike the funnels behaviour when not locked on to anything, in GB3 they form a cool circle around you while here it just fly around aimlessly
Honestly for funnels Phenex and Providence ones are probably a bit better due to them firing off beams that sticks around for a few seconds.

@@spiceracksargent0014 i wish they get BEAMS as they are supposed to have.....
and they can paralyze multiple units if they are close to each other. i just wish like all funnels the lasted a bit longer.

Mod files overwrite, so after the update it'll likely be broken or stay the same.
