What a shame drugs create lawlessness. Antigua looked amazing - beautiful setting, architecture and all those hidden shops and courtyards. Some looked pretty high-end - the textiles store with the slab table had some beautiful stuff - I'd love to have explored that shop some more! The sea looks beautiful - must have been interesting with that amount of spray to get that amount of salt on deck 9! Looking forward to Cabo!

Guatemala is less dangerous than what it use to be. Like any country you’re going to find crime. And corruption. I’ve been there several times never had an issue it’s a small size country with tremendous beauty
Unfortunately, people still believe the old news and stereotypes.
Antigua is beautiful especially with all the colors but I found it to be too touristy....Too bad you did not go further up to where the ruins are located along the Pan American Highway......
