@@adamrozek5782 ??? He has one of the worst base stats and base damage in the early game, on top of huge cooldowns in lane. Legit every ADC has better base stats than him in ranged form.
He scales pretty well into mid game especially when snowballed. Jayce is a champ where you need to land/reliant on all your abilities and there are matchups where you barely can get autos in unless you engage on your melee form but you then just play around your hyper charge from range and that’s why players build muramana on him. I find Jayce to be really strong right now especially mid in challenger (speaking for NA).

why? this champ is fine. he needs a visual rework and icon update but his kit is fine.
