No, if you can 4 octaves or more then you’re said to have a wide range but range isn’t an indicator of having a good voice/technique. In fact, most people have range wider than 2 octaves and you probably do as well

I think you got the terminology wrong. So the lower notes F#2-E3 is a chest voice. Basically your speaking range. The next register which was called mid chest notes is actually called mixed voice. Then he went head voice starting at C5 and somewhere up there is a falsetto
***** chest voice is from the lowest note up to when he starts mixing, you can call mid-chest or mid-belting to notes from Eb4 to like A4 (for Tenors), also the notes like from E4 to F#5 are mixed notes, he is still using his chest voice up to F#5 mixing with head voice. The only mistake its the 'Chest' it should be 'Mid-Mixed Notes' and 'Upper-Mixed Notes'

ofcourse with my falsetto. And I think I'm a bass. A4 is really pushing it for me. And after I went through puberty I always hade it easier with the lower notes, like E1. I could barely hit E4. Or I really have no idea :p
