Dude you’re the reason I’m out here working for Kaiser! Outside of making 4x as much the conditions I work under are outstanding dude!! Like a dream! Only thing I wish is that I came out here sooner.
@@jonathanjack1000 damn, that's what I'm talking about! When we first moved here, we felt the same way you feel now. This is why we continue trying to convince nurses to move here. There's no better place to work than in Northern California if you're a nurse.
Yay! I'm so happy she's back for another interview. I love Naseema and you guys!!!!!! Thanks for always being transparent! I'm a SoCal OR nurse, so my numbers are slowly climbing compared to you guys at NorCal. I'm always happy to hear about nurses thriving!!!!
We in NorCal feel for you all in the South. The unions down there have to do better and the nurses need to fight for higher wages and benefits as a collective. The reason you guys don't have what we have up here is because your unions and the nurses within it give in too easily during negotiations.
The KP system is very beneficial for 12 hour shift workers. This is why many BS RN’s never want to be promoted into management. It’s more profitable to stay hourly. Especially if you’re tenured with years of working.Additionally for the fact that ALL union employees get equal pay raises and bonuses no matter how many hours they work or how much productivity. I have mixed feelings about this because my higher productivity RN’s should be getting paid better raises and bonuses. It’s sad that they don’t.
Very true. There are definitely pros and cons to all sides. I work with a few nurses who barely get any work done during their shifts and as a result are given less work to do but still earn the same amount as our most productive and hard-working nurses.
Naseema was my introduction to your channel, it’s awesome to hear an update from her and hear she’s almost at that millionaire status as a mother of 3 👏🏼 Also Jason I hope you start getting your referral bonuses 😂
Yeah, I just realized a few weeks ago that when I watch other people's podcasts where they interview guests about their life experiences, it would be cool to invite those guests back on the show for an update-so, I figured I'll do the same. And, regarding the referral bonuses, I've only received two of them because nurses don't usually follow up to give me their info after they've been hired. 😢
So as an ICU nurse with 20+ years experience in Florida I’m watching all your content and wondering why I haven’t bought a RV and headed out there yet!😮🥰 you actually get breaks and only 2 pts!?🤔🤷♀️🤔
I’m a new subbie and I’ve watch a couple of videos so far and very interested! Im LVN and I’m currently recording a challenge of making 10,000 extra money in a month (not including my full-time salary) working PRN agency on the side!!!! These videos are very motivating
Please let us know about great agencies in the Central Massachusetts area!!! Or even maybe you can interview an RN making a lot of money from Massachusetts (Central Massachusetts preferably 😂). Thank you for this content! 😊
Naserma was saying she knows of a nurse who earns a lot of money but dont know where the money goes, this nurse has a daughter who is 30, kept going to college, and crashing her luxury car. Whats wrong here is money going out, fetting out of control. Here is my personal opinion: anyone non-disabled, over 30, financially dependent on parents, never tried being financially independent either by making their own money or marriage where they work out their finance with their spouses... then being 30 and still in school is wrong. Only exception i can think of right now is medical school but even then, medical schol students at 30 should be earning a salary from their residency already.
Kaiser Permanente is a hospital system that has over 40 hospitals and 616 medical facilities across the US. It is one of the highest-paying hospitals in Northern California-but not in the other parts of the US-because the union that represents the nurses in that part is considered the strongest in the US.

how am considering moving to cali. how do l apply for cali license?

Her story is a testament to hard work and determination. It's inspiring to see how she balances motherhood and building a successful life.
Knew a doctor em. That’s gives her daughter 10k grand a month allowance and she’s 30 years old. It’s real.
Can he adopt me? 🤣

Yes, it's pretty sad that you have to leave your home state in order to get the things that all nurses across the country deserve...
Do it! You won’t regret it.

I loveeeee herrrrr so excited for this!
Thank you!
Hey nurses! Don’t sleep on Sacramento. The close proximity to the Bay Area has meant that Sac nurses get paid well.

Does Kaiser give referral bonus if an employee gets hired at a different facility like SF or Oakland?
Yes, they do.
Great interview! Am older nurse with great OR experience both scrub and circulate nurse. My question do you know Kaiser hiring in MD?

What’s wrong with going to school after 30 🤨
Did someone say it was wrong? Can you provide me some context. Unable to watch it currently…

Just a slight digg you’ll see
Nothing wrong with it. I went to nursing school with students in their kid 50s.

Hi! New Nursing student here! How can I join the membership?
I’m in nursing school now. What steps can I take to work as a grad nurse for Kaiser or any hospital in California?

What KP does she work at? Is it in SF?
Did she mention she works for KP? I know which hospitals she works in but none of them are Kaiser.
Kaizer.. Is it a hospital?
Ontario RN, 🤔
What is the name of the hospital is she working right now?
She likely works at stanford. Best paying hospital in bay area

@crazy2pandas you will only be able to find public employee salaries on transparent California.

I am a retail pharmacist and have gotten admission to a direct RN MSN program is it worth it adding the nursing tp my PharmD degree ?
Nursing is simply less likely to be disrupted by 🤖 robots.
Yes, do it ❤
Is it worth going into nursing right now?
Does Kaiser have a 403b plan? It would be nice if they did.
Hi if passed all the exams of the USA particular state ,is there possible to come from India, what about Visa percentage issues
What exactly is Kaiser?
This video is so inspiring, thank you for sharing. Much appreciated as I am Canadian nurse currently preparing to move to California☺
