That literally doesn't make a difference. It combines major spec and boss spec.
Are you literally going to be shooting a boss with a primary? No. So you would be better off using midnight coup with major spec

2:24 Forgot to mention that all of these hand cannons aren't the same regarding frame types. Most of those don't feel the same due to this and the perks aren't good either which I do agree on, but that's why Midnight feels good compared to them.
Anybody know what the attunement for the weapons in hall of champions do?
Bungie in video said it increases ur drop chance for this weapon by 50%

I wouldn't go accurized rounds. Both explosive payload and kinetic tremors have no need for range. The two extra rounds you get with appended mag will give you more dmg. Also why smallbore when you can get 10 range from extended barrel and get 10 recoil direction. Copy and pasting the "god roll" fatebringer is lazy and outdated.

If you get a good roll yes. I’ve gotten around 10 of them and I think 7 have had Desperate Measures on them. So tired of that roll. Don’t want it.

Save some vault space and delete that fatebringer to make more space for midnight coup. By the time you wantto use fatebringer again it will be rereleased in some better form in the final shape. You know it will.

unrelenting headstone on eyasluna is a really good roll for any stasis build and honestly with how good hand cannons are in PvE now I just don't see explosive payload being as necessary as it used to be.

Base perks and limited rolls on rose are not good. If you got the one perfect roll for rose already im happy for you but for most getting a midnight coup is easier to farm with enhanceable perks coming.
