That was what my son suggested, too!
Enhancement to the gator visor : the baseball cap attachment, that converts it into a baseball cap. If it had notches instead of holes, it could slot into the visor rim and appear seamless.

I just stumbled across your inventions, really awesome stuff... hmm what about a Gator formal wear range? Gator Bow tie, Cummerbund, Waistcoat/Vest or if you are particularly adventurous an entire tuxedo... that said for some reason I have a feeling it would come out more as a suit of armour than something you would wear to an awards dinner... and now I am picturing the amount of effort it would take to actually print out a suit of armour once everything was designed it would take months more to carry it through considering it took 2 days to do just print the grips...

I wish the strap had the brim on it so the brim could be folded up if it’s cloudy. A hat for cloudy days super unnecessary.

Instead of the blank rivet for the strap.. should design the strap with a double ended, extended key mod lock so you can have the chin strap OR put in above the bill, push it in to make it look like the shorter strap... Now you have both designs

Idk why you didn’t use the strap as the strap around your head. Like flip it forward then set the bill against your forehead then flip the strap back. Then each hat can be fit to your head perfectly
