The smashed potatoes - just yum! I am growing my own baby potatoes and rosemary and thyme in the garden! The plate needs some fresh tomato slices with balsamic vinegar and fresh marjoram on top, for color.
Looks great but might I suggest just getting an instant read thermometer. Don't take the chances and everyone should have one anyway. I mean come on, a cake tester (aka skewer) is not the all in one gadget it's made to be here. jmo
