I honestly visit her channel 2 days a week just to escape the hussle & bussle of my city-high rise world & also to romanticize a softer lifestyle for myself. I remember the very 1st time her video popped up around Christmas 2020 & I was intrigued to see more of her lifestyle each season. It's one of my favorite channels, hands down. She has a way of bringing us into her world 🌎 for a moment through a camera lens. 📷
Dear sweet Allison I have been a quiet video watcher for about a year now...I think 😉. I just had to comment for the 1st time & tell you just how much this beautiful video touched my soul. The segment of the rain & thunder with the beautiful music you chose in the background seriously made me cry & moved me to give thanks to father God. Something so simple that some take as an annoying hindrance to their day caused me to pause in being so grateful for windy, warm, rainy days. the brick books turned out so adorable and so good!! i highly recommend spraying them with a sealer so they don’t wash away in the rain or fade so fast from the sun

How precious are those chubby caterpillars. We have so many here in Queensland, Australia. The most amazing one I've seen (it literally takes your breath away) is the Blue Ulysses butterfly which is a bright electric blue colour and they can be pretty big too. Also the birdwing butterflies are beautiful too.

Allison, I would like to share with you the way I make a salad with the Couscous semolina.
Ingredients : parsley, fresh mint leaves , green onions, cucumber without the seeds and tomatoes.
Finely chop the parsley, the mint and the green onions.
Cut into small cubes the cucumber and tomatoes.
Mix all the veggies with the Couscous semolina.
Seasoning : salt, lemon and olive oil. 🤌🌺🌺
Great recipe! I usually make a lot of couscous salads, my preferred one is with grilled cubes of smoked tofu, 1 boiled egg, shives, basilic leaves, asparagus, olives and I choose between red pepper/corn/ sweet peas or mushrooms . A drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and white pepper.

I'm so thankful you posted a video today. I ended up taking a mental health day. I just haven't bee doing well this week mentally with my depression and anxiety and all of that. But so happy you did. I hope you have a good rest of the week. If I would have worked today too by the time tomorrow came around I would've worked over 100 hours. Just within 2 weeks.

I really like the book brick craft. I will definitely make my own.
Suggestions: Maybe consider putting a clear finish/paint over top of them to help them weather the sun, storms, and all the other elements.
Also, they have rain barrels that you can attach to your gutters and it will catch the rain, you can then hook a hose up to it and use it to water your plants/flowers.

Hey Allison, I think you should put a clear coat on those cutie books so they don’t “run” in the rain! Love them. They are adorable.💗🌸
Love the book craft! I think it would be even sweeter to select different sized bricks and small pavers, and even wood scraps to give the display a more realistic quality since books aren’t all uniform sizes. And, seal them with a waterproof sealer to protect them from the weather. Although, I have done outdoor crafts with acrylics before and the acrylic paint holds up very well.
