@HeadRush FX Just received my Gigboard and Expression pedal today. I have researched for about 3 months and tried different brands but they don't do it for me. I need a user friendly setup I could get and not break the bank to bad. I am rather new to playing guitar and all this tech is crazy now. I settled on the Gigboard and Expression pedal from Headrush because the LCD and I watched Traci Guns video on Amazons review area. So basically what I am saying is, these vids are important to learn all these different functions. In addition, I am so glad you answered that question about the stand because I totally want one as well. Thanks again @HeadRush FX Now let's hope I can start having some fun jamming on this new gear :)
I would like to know the name of the stand your gig board is on, I just got the pedal and gigboard and would like to get a stand like that to easily change settings. Thanks for the video.
Hello! I would like to ask you a question regarding a problem I have with this pedal and my gigboard. The problem is that when connecting it, with the corresponding trs cables, being assigned to the volume block in option A and to a wah block in option B, the failure occurs that when activated it modifies the equalization of the tone of my rig, in the volume function, even leaving it back in the 100% position. When I switch to another rig and come back to the same one, it corrects itself, but I go back to using it and the same thing happens again, so I can't have a constant tone unless I don't use the pedal. I ask you for help because I consulted it on the headrush website, in the error reporting section, but no one has reported the same problem. It would be of great help if you could replicate this and tell me if you notice the same or not, I clarify that I tried another expression pedal from another brand and the same thing happens, you move it and the equalization of the rig changes slightly filtering some frequencies. If the pedal remains static, this problem does not occur. From already thank you very much.
Dude, make sure you do not have any assignments in the "out" block. If there is an (invisible) expression assigned there, you won't even see it. Happened to me. Had all "Outs" set to 12.5 db, but as soon as I moved the volume pedal, it would jump to 36db. There was a phantom out setting.
So I am going to be using telonics volume pedal for pedal steel guitar and was wanting to try and run it thought my gig board and use it as a volume pedal. Can you tell me where to learn about pedal placement? specifically I’m curious about overdrive …. If I put it after the head gasket n my chain but before the volume pedal, the signal should be overdriven throughout the pedal sweep correct? Or would I use the advanced settings and set it to break up at the beginning of the sweep? Also I was curious, can you use a passive/ pot pedal through yeh gigboard?
Do you guys have any intention of fixing the issue of the USB ports simply stopping working? The forums and discussion groups are full of people just like me that have this $1500 boat anchor that cannot be updated or used with a Mac or PC of any kind. We all know the USB fails, there are 1,000's of complaints in support, and most are unanswered. Myself and Zack Wylde are addressing this issue to the public, by we would prefer if you guys took accountability and actually issued a fix.
Is it already possible to switch settings upon pressing the knobs on the gigboard instead of releasing the knobs? I have e-mailt about this several times since I bought the gigboard more than a year ago. The customner service doesn't really seem to see the problem and say's it can't be done due to the dual purpose knobs. This fix in an update will make this gigboard from good to awesome. Please help.

Volume needs to be either first in signal path, or very last.
