Well at least I'm in the right places, I lost $60 (PT) in KAVL but I'm working off a bare bones $1000 cash account. Not having that second layer available a real kick in the nuts
I appreciate you always following up and being consistent on your uploads. I see so many setups and never execute, or get overly emotional because my risk profile is so low
$AAGC has obligated themselves to buy back shares of their own stock every month using 20% of their monthly profits. Therefore if you buy and hold then - theoretically you can sell it back for $10 per share. As long as every investor understands this - we all go to the moon
The conceptual and educational information shared in this video is worth every timeframe in gold. - for those who like me want to learn about the stock market and what to trade and what to run from. Thank you for sharing your experience
Thank you for all this Ross!! How do you know for how long your position will keep moving up? Everytime I notice a little bit of red, I take all my money out. I also check MACD but sometimes it is not that consistent. I keep shorting my winners as you say lol. Thanks!!
He has an episode on this. Mostly, it's Level 2, red on the tape or large Sell order on the Ask, but can also be reducing green volume, over extension from the 9 EMA, topping tails, approaching previous resistance or psychological resistance
Thank you Ross for great videos for small accounts! I noticed you don't trade at the opening of premarket at 4:00 am est. Is there a reason for not trading during that time?
Hi @ross I have been following your videos specially the tos challenge videos. Can you please cover how do you get in and out of trade quickly on tos during pre market
How can we trust level 2 when a large portion of the buy orders don’t hit the tape? KVAL power hour I was seeing 350,300,450 I couldn’t keep up with them it was a lot never hit the tape.
Its wild to me how many people watch the 1st 15 minutes of this video and comment “penny stocks are too risky for beginners”…. All of this is pretty comprehensively addressed in the entirety of the video. Ross is a “seed planter” and a “cultivator”. He regularly teaches to trade in a sim until consistently profitable! Urges traders not to use real money until they grasp what they are doing with evidence shown by profitability! Watch all the way through!!
Hey Ross, So i have exclusively using your content to learn and i wanna say thank you! Im at about 1k a day in the simulator and im trying to grow to 20k profit before i start my live account. Do you think that is a good time to go live?
Because I trade with a relatively small (cash) account, I have become addicted to home runs, namely, the types of plays that halt up massively and the like. However, that’s not happening as much right now, and even most of the dips are not as likely to be bought up and reach HOD. I bought the dip on KAVL around $1.40 when I saw the 9 ema curl up, but didn’t get out in the $1.60’s because I was hoping it would end up squeezing, which it didn’t do.
Thank you for your videos - great stuff. However, unless I missed it, you are selectively omitting the PDT constraint associated with an account under 25k . You cannot trade your small account every day if that is your ONLY account. It is not your only account so you are are golden to day trade everyday. Not all of us have that Ross. Thank you for all your great vids nevertheless. Cheers!
Penny Stocks are really not for the beginner trader. Feel like ur shifting the needle to penny stocks. It's really risky for slow beginner traders. Despite your caveat you make it look simple and tempting.
That’s why its a good idea to trade in a sim until you are consistently profitable. The volatility is the thing that makes it work IF used properly and with risk management. There are certain ones that fit into parameters that are better to predict. It just takes patience, practice and getting out as soon as you see it isn’t working or taking profit early. Day trading at all is risky without a solid strategy and a dependency on solid risk management.
hey Ross I got one for ya. I work during the day but I do see some stocks moving post market. What do you think about trading post market? thanks for any advice.
Post market or afterhours trading can work just as well as any other trading you just have to make sure you are looking at the right stocks and are trading the proper strategy.. We have many traders in the chat room that trade afterhours!
I've made the most so far by trading stocks under $1. And the funny thing is, I discovered that by accident. Boy, was I surprised. For some reason, I didn't think you could make much money with penny stocks. Maybe it's because of penny slot machines.
$AAGC has obligated themselves to buy back shares of their own stock every month using 20% of their monthly profits. Therefore if you buy and hold then - theoretically you can sell it back for $10 per share. As long as every investor understands this - we all go to the moon
If you are using all your capital on one single trade, how far down are you putting your stop limit? Edit* I see you said a "mental" 4cents stop. Isn't that just hoping for it to not just flush and bottom out?
You have to become fluent in reading level 2 and have your hot keys ready to go. This isn’t a strategy where you can set it and walk away. If you feel better setting a stop then by all means do what you feel is best. IMO by the time a stop is set you may miss the exit anyway. I don’t think limit orders work in extended hours? Correct me if im wrong please.
@@DaytradeWarrior i must not be using level 2 right. Because many times "boom!" It bottoms out. And I have seen it happen to you too. So that's not always the case.

My life changed too when I started doing this and putting money in stocks. The first few years it as really great, but this year I haven't felt like my portfolio is doing well. I have lost more than $40,000 from my portfolio the past four months, and it's now very worrisome.
The year has been really rough for everybody. But I've been able to cushion the effect though. Have you thought of using an investment advisor? They can make you good money especially during uncertain times like this.

A penny stock is anything below 5.00. The risks are the same for a 5$ stock as a 3$ and lower stock, which is highly volatile and not recommended for newbies

It is 2 different types of trading! one style is growing a small account while the other way is more of a professionals approach
I wonder if this kind of trading would work for Forex.
