Do you have video on mixing the volume of each drum or cymbal if you want a specific balance?

Sibelius does my head in trying to write drum lesson sheets. If you 'edit' drumset (Rock) it shows all the proper notes heads where they should be, so why doesn't the hi hat part automatically default to X heads? It would make life a lot simpler.
