i played magmatic mines and i actually managed to complete it which i totally didnt expect :D btw i was solo and used a shortcut where you jump from the 2nd button straight to the truss then hold jump to boost yourself up to the start of the climbing part
I hope lighthouse is just like Blue moon. Blue moon got a lot of gameplay changes before being added into the game. Lighthouse feels like, a map that was made just to be nearly impossible, not even playable, i mean some jumps are just ridiculous.

Someone who doesn't think Lighthouse should be added yet The popular opinion is that it should be added and that there's no flaws but there are several helpful flaws that could make this better: the wraparound issue (that one especially cause it was confusing for me too) and the continuous climbing, same texture, etc: It seems like a really cool map but not ready yet due to these issues Btw I like your reviews, they're really neatly put :3

I honestly agree with all of this but I feel like crazyblox should focus on adding crazy’s and insanes because when you play gloomy manor for the 70th time it gets boring and with every other map but sinking ship and dark sci because it’s intense and lost desert feels like a hard to me cause how easy it is so I would really like crazyblox to add a couple insanes, crazy’s and hards
I understand where you're coming from, and I wouldn't mind a lot more insane and crazy maps. But the majority of people who play FE2 hover around the medium-hard difficulty without pro-locks, and those players are important too when it comes to where difficulty-wise the new maps are being added

i kinda think they should replace lighthouse with some thing more entertaining but still unique like jungle inferno or a buff of mine shaft madness. Also I think it would be cool if they added a crazy map as a secret map in the secret area within the secret area. The secret map would be unusual like Maybe button chaos.
I don't think overdrive fits FE2 well, its a bit too industrial, and bases itself a bit more on what the fans want to see rather than the actual game, but your right about mineshaft madness, it definitely fits FE2 really well, almost enough to be part of the lore/canon of the game. also they should add lore/canon to the game

As of the 10th of February, 4 out of these 9 maps were added to the main game. (and Poisonous Chasm) Here is what I think about the remaining maps: Forsaken Era: This map recieved an update which made some minor changes to the map's design. This map was, and still is a prime candidate in my eyes. My only nitpick is that the last part is quite boring, however I can forgive that fact, since this is an easy map after all. Lagoon: This map also had an update, which makes it not the worst map on this list. If I were to be honest, this map wasn't the worst. This map is really fun to play, even before the update. Some of the terrain is a bit underwhelming though; with the same texture of stone on the walls. Other maps have this issue, but most of those maps are from the early days of fe2. Autumn Bridge: Aside from the outrageous part count, this map is just amazing. This map is fun, most of the time, and the detail is stunning, as with most of these maps. Although, I do agree with your point that this map is confusing. Nemesis: I personally think that this map is bad. There isn't another way to describe it, just bad. First and foremost, the details. Although this map has great design on the futuristic parts, what bugs me is the amount of brown used. This map relies on brown regarding the terrain, and it is just horrible to look at. I also completely disagree with the gameplay; this map is boring to play through. I don't hate the map though, it is better than the majority of maps in map test. But do I think that this map should be next to join fe2? Nope, not at all. Edit: outdated opinions
Lmao autumn bridge with the 50k part count anyway, i kinda agree on Nemesis. Ive always loved nemesis and always wanted it to be added to the game; but there were always a few problems i had with the map that bugged me so much, and couldnt understand what it was, but you just told me whats been bugging me on nemesis so much, i understand why it seems a little boring, theres not a lot of variability in the parkour except the round platforms and lowering lava. I still love the map though, even if it bugs me so much sometimes

My complaints still stand, such as repetitive gameplay and the boring brown terrain. But I found the qualities of an FE2 worthy map hidden inside. The map is well made despite of my nitpicking, even if it is still my least favorite of this particularly well-made bunch of maps.

Had an arrow been added there, maybe the first time players would have had the idea to do another wraparound, much more faster.
Yeah... Most players don't know how to wrap-arounds in general, but I avoided that point because they were in Blue Moon. As cool as a wrap-around into walljump is, I really don't think it has any place being in FE2 proper. And, if you're referring to the last wrap around in the map, that's really awkward - you've already done two wraps, why do you need to point out only the last?

I don’t think lighthouse will be added and it will never happen and is a bad idea. This are reasons lighthouse won’t or should not be added because. Reason 1: The start has to much room and needs to be smaller. Reason 2: The first wall jump could be very hard and it’s not the same. Reason 4: You cant know where to go because the walls you need to go around and players will think to go another way making it too confusing. I'm not going to insult a map like I could insult a person. The things I pointed out were indeed flaws, but the point is to demonstrate why they are flaws and how we could/should avoid them, not to demean or demoralize the creator of the map. The creator should already know that they did a fantastic job with the map - everyone's talking about it and lots of people love it.
PoCh wasn't on the original list that was in the Flood Escape Discord server, and when I heard that Shortroundzach was getting in his map, I thought it was only Magmatic Mines. Oops?
