Maybe that's what I like most when I go walking - meeting nice people. They are everywhere! For a second I thought you invested in a drone when I saw that stunning shot from above 😂 Good to see you back on the trail, Justin 👏👏👏 and thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks Dani 🙏 No big mountains or lakes but beautiful rolling countryside, historic old towns and friendly people. That’s Shropshire. 👌 We were delighted to pitch our tents there! 🤠
@@JustinWhiting9 Yes. In some respect it reminds me to my old home area in Germany. The Swabian Jura, a small mountain range. If you ever consider to hike in Germany, away from the great known tourist places, I can recommend you the long distance trails there, the HW1 and HW2.
Hiya Justin im recovering today from a long walk doing the birmingham to worcester canal yesterday so it was great to see you put e2 on...what a wonderful day this was for you 2 not just for the amazing scenery but for some wonderful people helping out ...thanks again 👍🏻😁👍🏻
Hi Wil, that’s a long way on the cut. 25 miles? Were the tow paths sloppy with mud? Aye, Day 2 was a good day for different reasons. How about that shot on the Stiperstones? Belter. Wish I’d filmed Bill when he picked us up, he was a right character! Cheers fella 🍺
@@JustinWhiting9🤣🤣😩😩more like 31m 😁😁😁 lots of mud but many many miles of concrete pounding which is now telling on my knees🤣🤣 feel more in agony than when up in hills and mountains...ye characters like Bill are always great to meet....Got the limestone way in a few weeks ..looking forward to it 👍🏻😁👍🏻
It was a cracking day. Pity we had to cut out that section of trail but a memorable adventure. Wish I'd filmed Bill, he told us about 6 stories in 5 minutes driving like Lewis Hamilton! 😂
Lovely, Justin. Makes me realise how little of this country I've visited! Highlight for me was the Stiperstones, really interesting. Colourful too, and sunny ATB! Sue
Thank you Sue 🙏 Hope you’re well. Stiperstones is not high, remote or difficult walking but has an other-world quality which strikes every visitor. You’d like Caer Caradoc hill on my recent video. A fascinating place 👌 ruclips.net/video/WSK6ovJA5uw/видео.htmlsi=WpnN6YMJxNU99vUX
Hi Justin, Really enjoying the Shropshire footage so far. Really nice atmosphere and loving the guitar backing which goes so well with the filming👍 very refreshing to see kind hearted people helping you out too 👍 I’ll definitely go back to Shropshire again very soon having seen your footage bring back good memories.
Thanks James 👍 We had a good time, got some great footage and Adam pre-recorded the music, so it’s all coming together nicely. We landed on our feet there, thanks to kind and friendly folk 👌
Brilliant you never know what might happen it’s good to be adaptable. I managed to hitchhike back from the Lake District last year. Good old boy giving you a lift. ATB
It was an eventful and memorable day, Dave. The kindness and friendliness of the people we met was a joy. 👌 You hitchhiked all the way back to Leicester? Well done! 👍

Yes Stefan, there is usually some good camaraderie on trail. A smile and a friendly word goes a long way and is often returned 😀
Continue the good work mate - all the way from Vietnam !
Cheers Bilbo. A pint of the gaffer’s home brew would’ve been nice on that day 🍺
Well, that was an adventure 😂 Love the rolling hills of the countryside. Thank you so much for the video.

Thank again, for taking us with you on this second part. Very beautiful landscape in deed!
You’re welcome 👍 Not big mountains or lakes but beautiful rolling countryside not far from home 👌

I used to live and work near Stuttgart so I know Swabia pretty well. Yes, it’s a similar natural landscape 👍
@@JustinWhiting9 Oh nice. I am directly from this mountain area, in between Reutlingen and Ulm.

Argh…I feel your pain 😬 Rest up well. It was very muddy in Shropshire, lots of mud footage on Day 3! Now there’s something to look forward to…
Very nice episode! Looking forward to the rest of the Shropshire way. Cheers, Henk
Thanks Henk 👍 That was a good day.
Wonderful stuff as always! I’m very proud and honoured to have been part of this particular hike.

I don‘t think you would find so kind people up here in Germany sharing their backgardens for camping.
Unbelievable!
Hurry on ….
Ah, come on Beda, a smile and a few friendly words and people are very welcoming in Germany 🤠
@@JustinWhiting9 Like your optimism Justin ...
Great video. You just never know what good fortune can come your way. What a day you had.
