      Thanks Wil, but you overestimate the influence of my videos. Only a very small discerning crowd of intelligent and good looking people will see them! 😂

    Great video! Shrewsbury looks beautiful and worth a visit. The look down Golden Valley was awesome. Nice surprise to see Adam, too!

      Glad you enjoyed it Dani. Shrewsbury and Shropshire are both beautiful but largely unknown, even amongst english people. Golden Valley lived upto its' name that day, but it was cold!

    Such a well edited video Just with lots of info and really nice music from Adam too.
    It certainly is a great area for a long walk.

    Nice to see you out yomping again Justin, I've had this guidebook for a while now and it runs right through my neck of the woods. this might be the inspiration I need to get out have a crack at it. looking forward to following the rest of your journey

      Thanks Gordon 🙏 We had a good time but I recommend waiting for dryer ground in late spring or summer. It was, let’s say, a little muddy & boggy! 😂 I did the Stretton Skyline from the same guidebook and 3 videos recently. Here’s the short teaser vid… Cheers, Justin. ruclips.net/video/WSK6ovJA5uw/видео.htmlsi=d_k8x-VqAmLpi-G1

      @@JustinWhiting9 I saw that already, another one I ought to do. I’m doing the Mortimers Trail in June so praying it dries up a bit. I was out supporting a couple doing the Shropshire Way 80k loop yesterday, they finished about midnight after 16 hours of mud trunching apparently.

      Yep, “a little muddy”

    Thanks Justin, I love Shropshire and this is a real treat watching you and Adam do this walk. I once read that Ratlinghope is pronounced Ratchup, but I may be wrong😁.

      Thank you Fred 🙏 We’re both from Wolverhampton so it’s our backyard stomping ground really. Ratchup rings a bell… 🤔

    Thanks for taking us back there Justin. Me and Judith walked this last September and never saw Golden Valley ( it was misty ). Looking forward to the rest of the installments 👍👍

      @@JustinWhiting9 I am actually from Hawes (which I am sure you know) but have lived abroad in Asia for 25 years, in Vietnam as i got married here. Will be coming back next year God willing with my family just for the kids to enjoy the education and i can enjoy walking and running again, once they finish Uni then i will sell my house and then go back to Vietnam. Its cheaper, safer with nicer food and better weather !

    Nice video, Justin. How many days will it take? What's the difference between an ascent vs climbing. Lol

    • @JustinWhiting9
      @JustinWhiting9  8 месяцев назад

      Thanks John. Ascent / climbing, same thing really. It will take 6-7 days to do the 121 miles, over rolling terrain. 👍
