Agreed! Love is the perfect example. "I'm not playing unless I'm getting top money," even though you didn't see anything until the last 8 games, and the game against the 49ers as jaw-dropping as some make it out to be. But they'll pay him hoping he'll be like Stroud? Stroud did it the whole season, others have been around longer so they know what they're paying for. This "hope" is a dumb reason for holding out.

All we can know is that he had the best QBR and passer rating in the league and historically the best ever through the number of games played. And that's not just his receivers making great plays, he's made some fantastic plays when things break down as well.
