I don't have a good program or knowledge to make proper tabs, but there is one on guitartab website that is close to how I play it just need to figure out the bending technique on your own because it doesn't specify how much to bend. It's relatively easy to learn by ear, good luck!

You should! If you know which model is based of the rectifier with a boost and delay on top. My actually eq is Gain: 6, Bass: 5, Mid: 9, Treb: 7
