The LDD studio is in desperate need of a proper Warhammer table. Hopefully, the Frontline Gaming Table is just the right ticket.

WHAT IS LDD? ☠️ ►
Love, Death, & Dice is dedicated to all things tabletop. Miniature painting for games such as Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, & Dungeons, and Dragons. Gm tips for TTRPGs like D&D, Tales From The Loop, Call of Cthulhu, and Heart: The City Beneath.

I got two folding tables from Walmart for $110. Room enough to play a 2k point Warhammer game and have dice trays and whatever else you need.
Agreed!
For $220 it should have been a full 6x4 table.
Yup. The center gap is killer since I use a rubber play mat. Right now I just use a 44x60x3/4 plywood over a kitchen table lol
Definitely. 4 feet is a must to play a variety of miniature games like Infinity, which needs exactly 48" x 48"
And flawless. I use folding resin tables from Walmart that are equally good
I got the old FLG white foldable 6ftx4ft table back in 8th before 40k went to the new 60x44.
with the 9th/10th size it's PERFECT since the spare room can be used as a sideboard to set up your army.
I'm torn on why I'd use this over a folding table from Walmart. It's not even 6x4.
@saigancat if you have your eyes on a cheaper folding table that fits your needs, go for it!
Honestly it's just a table, as long as it's stable and your games can fit on it, then whatever is serviceable.
@@lovedeathdice That’s basically why a number of folks dislike the table to reviewed. Too many flaws with so many easy, cheaper, options. How do you like the table now? Do you still feel it’s worth it?
@ninjamania For me and my needs, yeah i'd say so! I'm not a fan of having to setup and store multiple tables, I just want one thing. The only qualm I'm discovering since making this video is that a 4x6 table would be preferred for some of the older games I'm learning lately. I like the thing, but I can see myself upgrading in a few years
@@lovedeathdice yeah I can see that. An eventual upgrade but for now use what you have. You could use your dining room table for the larger tabletop if necessary
Oh hell no! Way too much for something that arrived falling apart.
Still can't justify this over a Costco folding table for cheaper😊
God I wish they had a classic 6'×4' table
Basically a camping table 🤣 Dollar store 9,99.
Dang. Still looking for a decent 6x4 table for legion. Seems like a good product though
Looks like a nice gaming table, I went with 2 Lagkapten / Mittback desks from Ikea for my gaming/painting table, it lets me change the height for when I'm painting/drawing or gaming.
So I can have the table set up low for the kids and high for us adults.
Great video and can't wait to check out more of your work.
I bought myself 3 plastic 4x2 folding tables for half the price and made of rhe same material. By getting the 2x4 gives me more flexiblity bonuses. First is it gives me space around the board for placing cards models dice etc in a 44x60 game and secondly i can by a 4th table and have onslaught games and still have space. Also you can play kill team on just one table and Necromunda on two. Finally and my preferred way, i still prefer playing 40k on a 6x4 or 4x4 for smaller games. The new table size leans its self tomuch to alpha strikes. Having 816 additional square inches really halps with flanking and position.
F's in the chat for those lost luscious locks 😢
Feel them Rubbermaid long picnic table is a better and more cost worthy table.
No 6x4 no buy
Came for the display cabinet review from 10 months ago, stayed for the gaming table
For $220 it should come with cup holders, dice rolling tray or something
First, nice review. You did an excellent job.
I don't understand the statement "you could build your own if you have the space for it comment". That table from FLG is nothing special. You can buy legs without the bars that are heavy duty and can hold 300lbs for $70 for the pair. You can use wood and cut two parts of the table and have it hinged. You can easily find the hardware for hinge portion that is metal for about $40. This will give you a folding table like you have. Or simply purchase a 6' x 4' folding banquet table and replace the legs with taller legs and again you have the same minus he handles.
If this works for you, then that is all that is important. However, you can build your own and it can have all the features of the FLG table. Not sure if it will cost the same or less but I know it can be done. I have a friend who is a vet and I helped him construct one for dog grooming with about the same dimensions.
The tried and true cat test, the only real way to test the quality of a table
Also! Would LOVE a hobby DESK walkthrough. That overhead rig looks great, and your shelves, aesthetic pieces, and standing desk are things I want to know more about.
Just discovered your channel! Very impressed by the quality of the recording, editing, and your voice. Great work here! Subbed and cant wait to see more, your Dark Mechanicum knight video is also really well done :)
I also don't have really much of space in my office/hobbyspace and was looking for something like you, but in the end, I really did a simple DIY project. Not like Knarb's ones.
I bought two grey coated 2cm MDF board 95x190cm at my local hardware store and even had the option to let them coat the rim - which of I course I took! From the same store I bought two sets of removable and height adjustable table legs and then my DIY part started:
I screwed the legs into the corners (with 2cm spacing from the edges).
Donzo. Solid table, height can be adjusted and I could also hide it under my bed, but I have a gap between one of my shelf and wall and it's gone. Of course, the only annoying stuff are the eight legs. Currently I just threw them between my office table leg and the wall. Looks terrible but ... meh, it's my office, so I don't care.
Edit: Checked the prices again. 36€ for both table leg sets and 53€ per board. So, yeah. Still 142€ total.
Can't lie I'm jealous of the channel name. Great video
damn homies got the trackball in 2024
Gotta protect that wrist!
Nice video dude, need to find myself a table. But, more importantly... Love your cat dude. 😅
What shelf do you use for your paints?
If it was 6x 4 it would have been an instabuy
Nah. You can get 4 of these size basic tables at Lowe’s or HD.
Is this table taller than a standard banquet table?
Love the Mordheim rulebook in the background.
A little sign of upcoming paint projects!
@@lovedeathdice Looking forward to it. I miss playing Mordheim.
Hey man, don't knock on goon caves. I put a lot of work into making my goon cave nice and homey 😡
But for real, always love the presentation in your vids. And that is a rotund lil cat 😂
Front Line Gaming, you say? No thanks.
Looks like a paperer’s table
For wall paper
A true pro will use a plank wedged between two step ladders.
I mean, is a gaming table a gaming table if it's not even 48x48 inches? At this size of 44"x60, it's a glorified picnic table. Can't actually play any miniature game I know of on smaller than 48x48.
Lol they sell these at Walmart for 30$.
what's that outro song?
A track ball, sir? Have you no shame?
I can get a table just like this for about $50. This table is a rip off.
You over paid
