Very nice! And I actually already have those balloons! It was actually playing with dollar store balloons that got me interested in doing balloons in the first place. I had all these long skinny ones from the assorted balloon packs that I couldn't blow up myself and I turned to internet, lol.

What are the sizes of balloons used for the flowers
You can use either 12” or 9”. 12” for the large petals and 9” for the small, if you want to do a combo.

Hi there. Ah, this was my era of tutorials where I didn’t include all the measurements. If you respond to this comment, I will immediately watch my own video and determine the circumferences of each balloon for you.

•The larger balloons appear to be 12” rounds. They end up with an approximate 70cm circumference. I tried inflating 9” rounds to a 70cm circumference and this also worked as long as you smacked the top after and rounded the balloon’s shape a bit.
•The smaller balloons appear to be 9” rounds, with a circumference of approximately 38cm. These can technically be done with 12” rounds, but is not recommended.
•The center was, in fact, a 12” round, but I used that because I liked the pattern on it and normally would use a smaller balloon. The center circumference is approximately 31cm.

Hi. Measurements in inches are what the balloons are referred to as when they are uninflated. Measurements in centimeters are the inflated circumference of the balloon when you wrap a tape measure around them. I use two different units of measurement to distinguish between uninflated and inflated balloons. On packages you purchase you will see the uninflated balloon size referred to by inches. I choose to describe the inflated balloons circumference with centimeters as the unit of measurement.

Yeah, a lot of the designs I have tutorialized are simpler to create than they appear initially. I hope more of my videos can provide you with some other fun ideas.

Hi there. This video is about 2 years old, and I am much more considerate of specifics regarding balloon sizes in my newer lessons. I used 12” rounds for the petals and center, and 9-inch rounds for the “inner petals” (which are the small balloons shown). Thanks very much for watching and for your comments!

What size is the balloon?
hi! You will usually find that these dollar store balloons come in two sizes - 12 inches and 9 inches. I recommend the 9-inch balloons for the center flower as those can be manipulated to act like 5-inch rounds. I use the 12-inch rounds for the big bold petals.
