At the time it was believed by talking about somebody's potential death you could cause them to die. Thus at the time it was taken very seriously. Almost as attempted murder. Thus her predicting Henry VIII would die would account to treason.
At the time these 'phrophets' were believed, but most of time they were cons or mentally ill people.
