This was touring the upper gardens of downtown Bournemouth, a small coastal city on the southern coast of England. The castle structure is called a "folly" - a type of Victorian landmark monument designed to look like a medieval castle, but smaller and purely decorative.
The river is the river Bourne, and its entire course through Bournemouth is flanked by ornamental plants, forest, cycle lanes, Japanese-style bridges and Victorian-era gardens. The middle and lower gardens are much more spectacular but also much busier, which is why I started my drone series of videos in the quieter part of the town, since I'm (obviously) terrible at flying and don't want to annoy people.
