    In the mid 70's that piece was played on the largest pipe organ in the world. We had it on vinyl. The reverberation alone made dust come off the ceiling. Awesome piece.

      There was a Dutch organ player Kajem who played it on the church organ, together with synthesizers. Great stuff!

    J. S. Bach wrote this piece in the early 1700's. Fugue is pronounced fuug. He wrote it to have a piece to test an organ that he hadn't played before. You said it sounded spooky, I'm sure that comes from hearing this piece around Halloween and as background music for spooky, scary movies!
