Bro as long as i play isaac, i never got that synergy, but i got pretty funny one with magdalene in rebirth :) It was number 1 + crickets body + blood cloth. How it looked like? Mustard and ketchup!
I loved crickets body, I remember that once I was playing with azazel in afterbirth plus, and I had 103 dmg but 0.23 attack speed or something like that (I even had quad shot, I destroyed mega satan ez), and I randomly got crickets body almost at the end of the run, imagine how broken it was shooting 8 (I think) 103 dmg brimstones at the same time, it was an insta clear of every boss and no boss room (except delirium, hush, mega satan, satan and every other boss with more than 1 phase)
Fr I get runs like this with lost and I whiff them but when I get ghost pepper + luck I literally win all my runs, so far I got every completion mark with the lost except for the beast, mother, greedier and delirium, shits just that easy
@@VarGoddess Soy Milk does have some good synergies though. I once got Soy Milk as my 1st item before finding Chaos, and then I got Pop! in some floor. After fighting Krampus I got Lump of Coal.
@@RostamCTM it still works with homing shot. Just as good as without it. Eye of the occult just does it's best to not hit any wall with brimstone. So it honestly would've been better had he picked it up

Since he already had lost contact w/brimstone, this would make the beam take up much more of the screen and would help take out even more incoming enemy tears/projectiles 3. It's a nice damage up which would be multiplied by 2 plus it automatically fires once charged providing a nice quality of life feature

this is not a synergy, this is just stupid dmg with a major tear modifier synergies basically means something that combos together to make something different examples of synergies: ludo+strange attractor ludo+godhead tech x+brimstone examples of NOT synergies: basically anything with rock bottom brim+sac heart (its just crazy damage) godhead+sac heart (again, crazy damage)
Once i had this synergy with Proptosis + Brimstone + Rubber cement. The farther brim laser, the shittier damage it has. Even sadder when it was reflecting from the wall, the damage was zero. So proptosis in case of brim is run ruiner
Unlocking the mantle for normal lost gives you mantle for turnibg into the lost there (in this case tho it was by using holy card which grants a holy mantle shield)
Proptosis got reworked so that after a certain point damage gets reduced past your base damage and dropoff makes it do literal decimal damage at longer ranges
Still playing AB+ since I play on Switch, but I recently started an Eden run with brimstone, and managed to get godhead, only to still die to the lamb because I didn't get much damage or health.
Filigree Feather will have the Angels always drop items from the Angel Room pool Generally pretty good since, y'know, free extra item provided you can handle fighting the Angels Although, for me personally, I do prefer actually getting the Key Pieces because they provide a _tiny_ boost to Angel Room chance, but after that it's very good to have because Angels will naturally drop squat after you have both Pieces

Chaos is pretty OP. I won many runs with it, I got Haemolacria + Lump of Coal + Lacryphagy once, it's a beautiful item!
