You know what would be great, im sure you already heard about people saying curing is not good for your product, even ed rosenthal isnt a fan of curing from what i know
It would be great if you would get 2 guests on with opposite stances to topics like that or about whatever and try to get to "the bottom" of things
Sure you can make it many ways and there is no definitive answer, but such debates with facts where people disagree with each other and bring science and facts and expirience into it would be great for me to watch

Great job yet again, Mr. Grow It!
One of my favorite things about your show is that you’re an intelligent and thoughtful interviewer, Chris, and I suspect this has a lot to do with the fact that you’re a home grower yourself, and so you ask pointed questions that are relevant to the rest of us. Furthermore, you’re always quick to clear up terminology and concepts which might be unfamiliar to the general audience, and this refusal to engage in grow jargon as a means of self-aggrandizement shows you to be a true educator and humble lifelong student.
Thanks again for all the priceless knowledge!

I’m doing well now. There are times in life when you’re going to have to deal with some difficult situations, get work done or help others.
However you have to remember to take a step back. We can’t stay in the trenches forever....And please remember that it’s always easier to see somebody else going through it, Then it is to accept or realize that it’s happening to you.
There is a time and place for everything. And that doesn’t just include dealing with life‘s difficulties. sometimes you just need to let your inner kid self come out, and just do what you wanna do.

In my opinion. The most important thing you can do to preserve the smell and taste is to never allow your plants to get too hot. That goes for the entire life of the plant especially flower. And especially during the drying process

@@kiroshi32 heat in veg increases growth as long as you have a higher humidity and plenty of CO2. That said, Not all varieties respond the same to heat and cold, depending on genetics. Equatorial cannabis seems to prefer heat, while northern varieties fo not always like it. Hey Chris, great show, not just this one, but I've probably watched every episode, and I've learned so much from you and the CLTV family... Now I do have a quick question... I understand that when using synthetic, your water demand will be higher, so you can potentially "water away terpene profile and flavor." My question is, do you think it's possible to avoid this by feeding with every watering and never watering with just water? I don't know how clear the question is, but if you get what I'm asking, can you help me out?

Black swamp water for fertilizer every three days or so. Outdoors from seed in well mulched soil, deep hole. Topping three or four times. Plenty of rain water, not tap. Lots of worms! For flowering i use molasses and compost teas on every watering. High mountain desert forest plateau hideout NM where its dry. No mold issues. Also have old fermented chicken litter water.....thirty days of fermentation and its great.

Great episode, I would have liked a deeper insight into mixing ratios for a supersoil that minimizes pests and maximizes root aeration and feed. Not necessary a organic vs synthetic but more of a how much earth, how much this or that, perlite vs dolomite, use of biochar, etc. All the different ways to inoculate the soil with mycorrhizae, inorganic medium vs organic medium in the context of organic feed (ie ratios of dirt vs cococoir to maximize microbial life while minimizing use of dirt, etc), etc... definitely down for part 3!

Makes sense. I've noticed the same over several generations of clones from the same pheno, flavor improved as did quality. I've heard that after enough times it kind of goes blah. interesting 🤔

Growing organic outside here in Thailand. Pretty hard but it's some of the best scented weed I've smelled. I reckon the plants get to work a bit they produce more terpenes.

I flavor my crop with the bird droppings on my patio I put in my worm bin. I feed the birds they come a give me some droppings, not much but enough for microbes and nematodes.

Chris! Thank you so much for all of the great advice! I have learned so much ( and simplified the hard stuff) by subscribing to your channels. FTS is also great but I love this channel in particular. It really has made me "grow", too! I have avoided ever making some of the big mistakes by just paying attention so big problems I only know in theory. That is all because of you. Thank you so much!
