Massive fumble. There's no way they just expect everyone to paragon odie and marilee with the dream currency. They have to give in at some point and add stuff to the dream store so they are encouraging us to not spend our currency. Otherwise by next season almost every player will have maxed out every original A rank hero.
There is one thing to remember. Doing one summon every day gives you 100 dimonds from daily tasks. If you don't do this summons, you lose 100 dimonds every day/3000 dimonds a month/36000 dimonds a year.
They want you to buy rate ups. They can't go and make them available shortly after in the shops or the people who have been giving them money to get the rate ups will be upset. Maybe after a year, when the old rate up banner characters are outclassed by newer ones, they will add them to the store.
I used half of my tickets already. Since I'm f2p this helped me a lot. I finally got Lily May up to where she's useful. It helped me be competitive in Dreamrealm this season. It really depends tbh.
Made it into champion rank recently as a Rowan exception F2P, and I'm realizing that waiting for the wishlist to shift dramatically is the best use of my summons. Looking at 2-ish Months of savings stored to build new characters that will have been on rate up half a year ago. So with a decent phase 1 wishlist team already built. Harvesting the dailies, arena store, and planning out the Stargaze has become the main focus for me.
It is a psychotic decision by lilith to only give 5 A rank copies from the epic banner but 8 from the rate up banner. Do they not even know how their own game works?
There is no way I can wait. I'm still new and only at 2 mythic plus. All my tanks are legendary at most. It's going to be impossible to wait. I need to level up Thoran, Luduvic, Smokey, Florabell, and even Ulmus and Lil May. Please, next time, talk about old F2P accounts so newbies don't build around Lenya and get frustrated along the way.
You should basically ignore rate up banner and dump every gem you have into all heroes banner until you have at least 20 heroes to m+. It's by far the most efficient banner for building a wide roster.
@artokaii I'm top 10 and saving, lol. If she's used in all fights, then yeah, that would be cool. If you're not in the top 100 or top 50, your EX weapons will be behind, and a sub meta hero will surpass your Lenya team.
@@Beachedwhale_ Lenya is hard to replace on Orson because of how his enrage mechanic works. You basically need a carry who also constantly stuns. The only other viable option is Alsa.
@jmrwacko Luckily Lenya is easy to replace with Alsa the next time Orson comes up. The new resonating spell artifact we just unlocked makes alsa WAY stronger with it. She benefits massively from it because she is always ulting. I would be very surprised if Lenya can keep up with Alsa and that artifact next time Orson is up.
Already did and got Eironn S+ with lots of double hits. Probably got 9 S ranks in 90 pulls so it's a huge boost for my account. There's no way I'm hard saving my diamonds(almost 120k) and rate up letters and also be saving the standard and epic summons. I need some fun

People meme on Walker and Atalanta, but even those heroes (who are solid D tier in every category) still perform their roles with enough investment, and might sneak into the meta if heroes or seasonal charms/powers are introduced with good synergies. Besides, I can't imagine Sonja being bad. She deals massive aoe damage in a game where the meta teams are aoe nuke comps.

If you have an A lvl hero in the epic summons you can't get the single copies from the standard summons.....only the multi copies from the epic will be available
Yeah that's why i prefer to put him there only when I know I reach the pity, otherwise I don't put any A-tier in S-tier spot. Thought you can use it in a risquy method, by putting all the A-tier you want the less in the s-tier spot when you are far from pity, so the one you want the most are most likely to drop. Problem is when you get a early S-tier drop.
I stopped using summon stuff months ago to plan for the new season chars. Well over 100k diamonds saved, 350+ normal invites, and 200+ epic invites. I will be so sad if the new season heroes aren't cool or good.
In the season store I will just try to get the +25 crystal And I need 1 copy of Smokey, 2 copies of Lily May, 2 copies of Ludovic, 4 copies of Mikola, 5 or 6 copies of Shakir, ans some copies of Ulmus Meanwhile I don't rly care about Lenya or Soren or Nara
I'm a firm believer that Soren will be good one day. They'll give him some outrageously good seasonal skill, or there will be a hero that synergizes perfectly with his knockbacks. I'd rather build Soren to S+ than take another mauler A rank to Paragon.

im assuming they will add the older rate up units to the dream realm/arena store at the end of the 2nd season so theyd be one season or 4 months being limited rateup characters another one season or months available in the season shop and then added to the general shop or something like that
Got two S pulls back to back in standard, didn't even trigger pity, still at 29. Also got a double S pull yesterday. Did they change the pull rates? I've been getting a lot of S pulls since the season started.
The epic and standard banner pulls I use near immediately and when I get 10 summons respectively. Insofar as my diamonds and rate-up summons are concerned, hard saving for Lily May 2 so I won't be at a disadvantage the next time the game raises the power scale.

Once I get Lily May and this swappy thing I could essentially make my Cecia Epic again and my new found Lily May to Supreme+, is that right?

I'd spend the coins. More S+ is better, and these coins come really easily. If they add new heroes to the store (which they won't anytime soon), you'll be able to get them pretty soon anyway.
I want to know if the season store currency will rollover to the next season, or if that currency will convert to gold at the end of season. If it carries over, I’d save the currency.

They want to discourage pulling A ranks with epic banner. Which is a little bizarre given their stance on A ranks vs S Ranks.
They will add the heroes from Strife season to the Arena and Dream shops once the new season is over.

Yep. There are break points. You want to stay in the top 50 or top 100 for dream realm so you can keep up with EX weapons.

As a F2P player there is really not reason to get Lenya imo.

I can clarify they haven't changed the summon rates. 120 epic summons all to pity and 240 normal summons all to pity. Same with every game for me 😭
