Love your car quilt. Very pretty. We made safe brush blouses for the first time this month. I loved the pattern it was such a quick and simple blouse to make. I made 2 versions. My first one I decided on long sleeves and that was my favourite one. I see many more in my future 🔮🤩
Love your denim dress and what a gorgeous sagebrush top. What a good idea to do in busy fabric to test out those details because I haven’t made it either as not sure about sleeves and the frill but in that viscose too works really well.xx
All of your makes are so cute! I like your sagebrush top, it looks fab. I, too, have avoided that one. I’m afraid the ruffle would be too much LOL. Maybe I’ll have to give it a go…
The quilt was my favorite! The colors and patterns are gorgeous 😊. All your makes are always beautiful and amazing. Thank you for sharing! Your friend Diane ❤
Your denim shirtdress looks great. Nice details. Actually, all your February makes are quite nice. The brightly colored lap quilt looks so good that the cat charity could auction it off to raise money! I used to make large quilts which I would have a friend quilt on a longarm machine. Now I occasionally make a small quilt of simple squares that I can quilt myself. Such fun! Thanks, Michelle.
Lovely makes! Your Sagebrush turned out great! I’m a pear shape and should embrace the features on the sagebrush to balance me out, but I wonder about the frills and gathers. I tend to not enjoy those features on me, but you’ve inspired me to give it a go! Take care! Nice to see the kitties!
Lovely, lovely makes Michelle. I particularly like the the patchwork cat quilt, you have become so adept at making these and this is another beauty 😊 I also really like your version of the Sage Brush because the fabric you have chosen is ideal. I have had the pattern for such a long time but put off that it’ll look like it’s wearing me, as so many do ! But I feel I ought to give it a go in the sort of fabric you suggest. More food for thought 😊 Thanks for sharing Michelle and love to the Misty and Bentley puds xx
Beautiful makes. I at times add length to a sleeve by adding either a cuff or a false hem just for that little extra length and use up my scraps from my make. 🙏❤️💙💜
I really loved the denim dress you made & all the other items - you looked super in all of them. The cat lap quilt is so colourful & will be really useful. Well done, very productive Michelle.❤
Love your Sagebrush - I made this three times last year and am planning some more this year. I have done two slight alterations you might like - Instead of the ties at the back I used a button and loop fastening. I actually prefer this as it is easier to wear with a cardigan if I need one. The other alteration I made came about because I did not have enough fabric to make the frill, so I inserted a length of piping which contrasted nicely with the fabric. It just gives it a slightly different look. hope this is of interest.
Hi Michelle, all fabulous makes. I love the level of detail in the denim dress and the sage brush blouse is so pretty. I so enjoy watching your channel. 🌸
Hi Michelle Lovely makes as always. I thought the t-shirt dress is so versatile and will be great for work, but also can be worn as a casual dress. I love your sagebrush blouse. I wasn't tempted by that pattern because of the frills but, after seeing yours, I want to make one! I think it was a great idea to use a fabric with a busy print which 'calms' the frill slightly if you're not used to wearing them. Beautiful. Jill x
Loved your makes. Jean shirt dress is my favorite...so functional. I like where you are going with your makes that you keep them really functional so you could get a lot of wear Love also the Grey dress at the end...
The Sagebrush top has been on my radar for quite a while, but I still haven’t bought the pattern yet. I’m curious about which size you made as you didn’t mention the sizing. It looked great on you so I will be pushing this up my list of things to make.
Lovely sage brush top - almost tempts me to make one! Like you I have always thought it is not for me but I love yours. Would definitely make with a viscose if I do decide to make it. Lovely video and lovely makes as always.
I have noticed you have just 1 favourite neckline and bodice top/dress type. When you look at your wardrobe, do they look all similar? I was pleasantly surprised to see the frill in one of your top even though it was not visible.
Hi Michelle! Very productive February 🎉. About your simplicity jumper, I have a question, do you sew it in your sewing machine and the overlock it or do you sew it entirely on your overlock machine? If you use only your overlock machine how have your makes been holding up?
It depends on how the fabric acts, if the knit freys quite a bit or is a bit slippery or fine then use the sewing machine and then finish with overlocker. If it is a jersey that doesn’t frey or is more stable I tend to just go straight to the overlocker
Always love your videos 💞💞💞🤗
Thank you so much!! ❤️

What lovely makes. I love them all but that sagebrush is smashing. I was only thinking about making one myself. It's lovely. Thank you 😊

Lovely makes - really love your denim dress. Your Sagebrush is beautiful 😍 xx
Thank you! 😊
I had doubts about the Sagebrush too, so rather than the front ruffle I did piping for my first one (and a small ruffle for my second).
Great idea!

Wow you have been super busy, must give the Molly a go!! 🐾🐾
I love the sage brush but I've never made it. It's lovely on you. Give Bentley a snuggle for me, my old ginger girl passed away last week.💜
Oh I am so sorry to hear that, sending hugs xx

You're such an fabric artist!❤
Oh thank you! 🥰
The sagebrush blouse is adorable on you. Fabric choice was spot on for it. I missed seeing your kitties though! Love from the other side of The Pond❤

Lovely makes. Add cuffs to the Molly if needed 🌻

All your makes were beautiful. Loved your patchwork and the denim shirt dress was really cute. I’ve got that pattern and am inspired to make it now.
Thanks for sharing Michelle, I love your sage brush top. 💙🧶🌈🍓

Hope your all OK xx
ooh love the sagebrush! ive also been on the fence about that pattern for me, but yours looks great!
Hi 👋🏻
Love your makes ❤
Have you thought about adding a cuff to your too short sleeves to lengthen them? Just a thought 😉
Emma
Thanks for the tip! 👍

Never thought about necklines before, I suppose a crew neck is my preferred as I don’t like things that are are low
Gorgeous sage brush top, where did you get the viscose crepe from please?
I got it from stitch fabrics at the knitting and stitching show, it was a while back though x
