As someone who was a fan of Crooked, Royce, and Joe before Slaughterhouse even existed, then watched them form a group, then to saw their demise (i still want that glasshouse album) this song was definitely needed and definitely got me in my feels. It's kinda like Em's song Stepping stones about D12. If you were a fan of them it hits you in the feels but you needed to hear it.

This is song is fire. Royce in his feelings on IG about this whole thing. I think later on down the line Royce will come around and see that Joe really did fuck this all up. I feel like Royce is loyal to a fault. His loyalty to Joe isn’t allowing him to see the bigger picture and the whole truth for what it really is. And that’s that Crook, Joell and Royce could’ve kept Slaughterhouse alive and going without Joe’s toxicity. Dude burns every bridge he builds with people and blames the other person for it. Smh.

So instead, he burned down slaughterhouse to make bad meets evil 2 ... alone... with em. So now instead of 2/4 members getting to eat. I ain’t gonna lie. I was into slaughterhouse heavy. Buying albums, merch whatever. I was so hyped when em signed joe at the time he did. Eminem was the only one willing to take a chance with joe knowing he was a risk because of his mood swings not to mention he took shots at 50 an g unit which whom was in em’s camp too. Think of how much he put on the line. Joe has talent. joe can actually rap but he never got his flowers until eminem signed the slaughterhouse. I have heard from multiple sources from people who were there, on tour at the time, that Joe had some serious issues behind the scenes that most people didn't know about. I'm not talking about family or personal issues, just problems with dealing with people and expectations.
I honestly think that Joe was expecting to be put on the top of the mountain with just doing one album, two at most. But he also came across as someone who didn't plan on, or consider, the amount of work that would be involved in promoting the group or themselves. It is almost like Joe expected all the rewards with NONE of the work required to get those rewards. I've heard of missed meetings, missed deadlines, not showing at appearances or tour dates, not to mention a bit of "badmouthing" happening behind the scenes.
Either way you look at it. It is obvious, NOW at least, that Slaughterhouse crumpled due to Joe.
