I've been a steamer and a juicer all my life. Separation, I wound up without my beloved kitchen things! Life is strange. I was given an Instant Pot, which I learned to use, and now adore, however, it does have it's drawbacks, one of which is when you need to add your veggies! I'm very used to using a one pot system, that's very difficult with a pressure cooker. I went ahead and ordered one of these last night. I'm very excited about it! 😎 I had 2 black and decker round steamers when they first came out in the 80's, I just LOVED THEM so much, I bought every one in my family a B+D steamer. I had mine going daily for over 25 years. Once they gave up the ghost, we had a proper ceremony, and I got Aroma steamers, once again I wound up with 2, I loved them. I can't even remember what brand the double decker was I had that broke after a few months of ME in the kitchen daily. I ALMOST didn't go for the sale on this because I had such an experience with the digital. But I love Cuisinart products so much, I had the DLC 5 since they came out, and that work horse never let me down. I wish I had it back. 25 years and still like brand new. I went ahead and got the Pro Classic 7 cup, I hope I'll be as in love with it as I was my last food processor. THIS steamer looks like a dream, I can't wait to use it. And you get the BOOK! FABULOUS! Can't wait to buy it, I just wish things like this came in bigger sizes for folks with bigger families. Maybe have to buy more than one.Great to cook me and hubby up a lil romantic afternoon lunch. All That looks so good😋
I just picked up one of these at the Goodwill today for seven dollars. Unfortunately, it did not come with the book so I came here looking for ideas for how to use it.
For one of these at goodwill new in the Box for 20 bucks I wanted to see what work like so I looked up your video ..but after watching this video it made me realize I prefer my Pan
Lol why disgusting ?! Half of the world eats with hand .. you just have to wash them before getting in touch with food. You cook your meals using hands too :D

I don’t think mine is working properly, food comes out still uncooked & need 3 times cooking time than the timer setting.. Disappointed 😢
