Lay on and tack down a layer of SBS Polyester torch on felt. It will cover all the gaps.
I don’t think that will pass here. I am sure it won’t leak the way you are presenting. Do you think manufacturers or building inspectors would consider that a properly sheathed deck or would pass inspection?
So the fix is to cover w plywood then shingles?

Yeah, roofing nails are pretty thick. If the gap is that bad, just fill it. Osb is junk.
