can You explain to me what 300 frames export means? is it a month? is it day? is it 300 frames and you are done?
@@user-ti4bm4md5y it means that you can only export 300 frames per file, at 24 fps it’s a total of 12.5 seconds of animation, you are also limited to 120 joints, or bones, in your character!

Going by the trends, it will cost you pretty penny, probably monthly.
I prefer tokens (per-using) introduced by autodesk than subscriptions. It's real fair pricing.

That makes it a no-go for me.
If you look at the subscription page, once you pay for 1 year's subscriptions, you automatically get a perpetual license. It really feels like they're shooting themselves in the foot by not making it more obvious. Maybe change the text to "Monthly" and "Perpetual", because that looks like how they've designed it to work. (Though, also, who knows if you get any updates with "perpetual" licenses anymore. They could turn around and say it's a perpetual license for THAT version you paid for at the time...)

10 years ago it was impossible to even dream of such tools, except for Maya or 3dsMax which is both, still very good powertools.
If only they weren't EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

Hey guys Cascadeur has a blender preset for inputs under input settings.
only thing holding this software back is the lack of tutorials, no tutorials, none shining through this tool, simple as that.

Is this processor intensive?, how hard would it be to alter a base animation to adapt to changing situations, example a character loaded with weight, a slippery surface, all in real time.

the free version only exports 300 frames. So 10 seconds animation for 30fps and 5 sec for 60fps. which is a bummer. I wish it was at least 30 seconds.
Ah u missed out i got it for 70 bucks. It was $140 with a whopping 50% discount.

Can you export the animation back to unreal while still being compatible with an existing mannequin skeleton? Or does the skeleton break and you cant export these rigs/skeletons unless you retarget everytime
?
@@LightWorkerBass I believe only certain rigs work. If you try animating with the default non unreal mannequins, its harder to export the animations without more complicated retargeting in UE5
