Lauljad Koit ja Laura on kenad inimesed, sobiv paar. Loodame, et Euroopa Eurovisioonil kah peale läheb ja jõuame vähemalt finaalvooru! Loodan, et laulu meeskond teeb oma töö hästi. Koreograafia on ebaõnnestunud, oli ebameeldiv vaadata - kuidagi kunstlik liikumine, liiga teravad poosid, puudub plastilisus ja loomulikus. Laura kleit oli segav faktor, liikumine oli häiritud - mitte kleiti eksponeerima Eurovisioonile sõidetakse. Kardan, et Laura edevus ennast eksponeerida hukkatab laulu Eurovisioonil.
Koreograafia oli vinge, lõpetage see halamine ja kritiseerimine, keegi ei eksponeeri kleiti, elage parem kaasa. Võitis imeilus laul ja suurepärased kogenud lauljad.

I hope Laura's voice will be better in the final, because the song is a winner, but the voice isn't yet, which is weird, because Laura's performance last year was stunning. Maybe the performance could also use some inspiration from the Common Limits.
You should learn to understand context. I said Laura and Koit's performance could be better and I implicated with that that Laura and Koit should try to create harmony like Ilse and Waylon did back then. Laura and Koit should look in each other's eyes like the Common Limits; they should not be looking away from each other as an example. Not allowing to compare one extent with the other which you say is simply idiotic.
I completely agree. They shouldn't be looking at each other. It doesn't fit the song's lyrics. My personal idea for the presentation would be the two singers standing back to back with two backup-dancers, because the stage looks a bit too empty right now.
Filatov & Karas meet Modern Talking - that's probably the best way to describe the sound of this song. But hey it works. It is catchy and - despite the sad lyrics - gets you in a good mood. I haven't heard Laura before, so I can't confirm criticism on her singing. To me she sounds pretty ok - better than a lot of singers in this years contest. Verona has entered my personal ESC list at position no. 4, just behind Italy, France and Portugal...
Well, I am a huge admirer of this timeless song and I watched their first Eesti Laul performance several times. I can say that when you get used to it there is not much that stands out negatively (you should get loose from the studio version). It's obvious that Miss Poldvere had some intonation problems that night (strange enough). There's no doubt that she has to improve her singing at the final performance. But a singing artist who is able to cope with A. Hamilton's "Cry me a river" actually should also be good at dealing with such a Pre-Eurovision challenge. (Her physical appearance, however, should exactly stay the way it is. Impressive...) Apart from that everything is fine, Mr. Toome is great, seems and sounds professional and reliable; editing, camera angles, light, backdrop plus the singers' glances have a neat and subtle effect, harmony singing is flawless, the last part even perfect. Moreover I would avoid any additional gimmicks, which can ruin a performance completely. Conclusion: less tension and restraint, more confidence. No need to get nervous. This music is strong enough to make you prevail, you are good enough to effectively serve it. And finally - you might get everything back.
I was surprised by Laura's vocals. They were weak. Koit was on point and the chorus sounded ok if they sing together. The performance needs improvements for final if they want to win.
I reckon it's between them and Kerli. Their vocals are better, but Kerli brings a show. Plus, Koit/Laura would be yet another ballad-type song and there are way too many this year so far at Eurovision.

Koit's vocals are sooo on point and he is hot. Laura seems to have difficulty in pronnouncing some words and it gets weird sometimes, especially 'sailing boats'. The performance is kind of boring. Hope they improve for the finals. Overall it's my favorite song so far.
But well I can say that people's support on this song is really big, because they managed to get to the finals in the first round without being among the favorites of the jury. And well I have to say that this is definitely my favorite this year. #TeamVerona

Laura's vocals sound over-worked!! She needs to rest them for the final! I can see this doing well but I think Elina has the whole package, she's not as abrasive as Kerli and her live vocals are amazing! I think it'll end up being a three horse race between Kerli, Koit and Laura and Elina. As Elina has the best vocals and the more jury friendly song, I think she'll take it! And I will support her all the way! 💓
The vocal performance needs to improve a bit for the final. Also at the moment the performance looks too much like Goodbye to Yesterday, maybe change it up a little. What about putting Laura on a balcony at the beginning like Juliette? 😊

Laura's vocals sound over-worked!! She needs to rest them for the final! I can see this doing well but I think Elina has the whole package, she's not as abrasive as Kerli and her live vocals are amazing! I think it'll end up being a three horse race between Kerli, Koit and Laura and Elina. As Elina has the best vocals and the more jury friendly song, I think she'll take it! And I will support her all the way! 💓

The vocal performance needs to improve a bit for the final. Also at the moment the performance looks too much like Goodbye to Yesterday, maybe change it up a little. What about putting Laura on a balcony at the beginning like Juliette? 😊
