Heyyy!!!
I tore my ACL at cheerleading :(((
My birthday month started off rough but after pursuing through with physiotherapy and organising special considerations for my Uni work my mental health definitely improved :)) Being able to move around at my birthday picnic was definitely a highlight.
Although I'm not looking forward to having to go through 12 months of rehab recovery, I'm very thankful that I am able to have this surgery and will be able to go back to doing the activities I love in the long run.
