I noticed a lot of comments about slime, I confess I didn’t know that he loved music. I try to learn the game on my own with my friends, and you don't often see us with a boombox in dungeons.

which now makes me kind of want a monster that looks pretty human but is deformed from radiation and sneaks around the facility attacking with a shovel, like a past crew member turned hermit who has a special room with some loot but protects it with their life
Mimic: "Guess you'll need one of these, then." *hands mask over Monsters: "ONE OF US. ONE OF US. ONE OF US." Player: *Puts it on "Huh, I don't feel any different..." Mimic: "Yeah, we're just faking. We didn't make quota either."
@@pezpowr7535 Slimes become passive when you play music next to them, if it wasn't for a bug causing the machanic to not trigger correctly, you could also walk through them in that state without taking any damage.

I like how you added Jack's theme in the background despite not lot of people realizing he has one The distant sounds of what seems to be screamings of some kind of wind sound that gets louder when he's out of his box and in a chase mode, truly one of the most horrifying sounds you can hear + his fastening stomping
i think that noise happens when you see a dead body, a monster or somebody getting killed too! but its usually louder when the *wildlife* is chasing you

@@shatterednova_ Yeah, even the game helps you with making your fov ( field of view ) slightly increased, making your vision just a little bit better, helping you with running away and makes you feel faster.
I love how in the final shot of all of them dancing, the panic soundtrack is playing(for context, basically it happens when your player sees something terrifying like monsters,corpses,etc. it also has a effect that kinda fills up ur screen a bit, the effect and the music stops when the player is calmed down)
It would be funny if the dev added a creature that would become passive and dance if you were dancing or playing music with the boombox but go bat-shit crazy on murdering you if ye weren’t lmao.
idk I think an enemy that requires a certain item to avoid would suck big time. Maybe they should add more interactions with the boombox, tho. Maybe you could delay or pacify jesters by playing it music, or distract nutcrackers with the noise it makes
yknow, if we could stave off the little girl by playing music it would kinda make sense, imagine if she's skipping towards you and you start jamming she just stops because the mood is not the same for killing

You just realize how bad of a decision it was to go by there and have no way out so you just accept your fate and start dancing with the Boombox you had for some god forsaken reason.

it would be cool if they did this is as a April fools joke update. bring a boombox and if your dancing and playing a specific song at the same time before a enemy sees you and then when one does they will start dancing the moment they get close to you and will only stay dancing until the player stops dancing or a player walks in who was not dancing the entire time, or the boombox gets turned off or runs out of batteries.
My friends has a custom boombox music mod and the guy holding it died and a loot bug grabbed it. However we couldn't pick it back up so in some building there is a dead loot bug forever playing "All I want for Christmas is You"
I like how the bracken was too busy dancing to kill the employee, because he started looking at it at 0:14 and stopped at 0:21, which is way longer than the time it takes to anger the bracken by looking at it
I love the efficiency of not moving the girl's dress layer. It would normally be the most complex part of an animation, but due to an optical illusion it LOOKS like it's moving, saving the animator (you) time and agony moving it for every frame. It's really clever!
What I find coolest is how your volume legitimately matters. Enemies will hear you better when you are yelling than when you are whispering and it creates a very dynamic game mechanic.
@@spacecat76 Outside of eyeless dogs, enemies actually cannot hear you, or anything else for that matter, at all. All enemies rely purely on sight or, in the case of the bracken, ghost girl, and cranked jesters, always know where you are.

Unlike other employees however, when he makes contact with a boombox he has the ability to pacify any and all hostile entities in the area. The subject upon turning on said boombox will play Track Audio 1 and any entity in the area will begin to dance alongside him. Will continue to study and analyze to see if said behavior can be replicated.
