Since I’m in Canada and can’t ask this question of this soldier , would someone please ask this soldier why their not telling these tourists not to touch their horse like the sign says . I care more about the horses than the people .
I think that they're easing the tourists into the new regulations. They're being generous enough to give them time to get used to it. I expect that it'll tighten up in time and be dealt with in the same way as rein violations.
I noticed the guard didn’t say one word to that woman, and he was staring right at her. If the guards aren’t going to say anything, then it’s pointless. I noticed how calm the horses are since people aren’t touching them, but the guards really need to be on top of their jobs. Also people need to be accountable because there is a sign and you should read it unless you, don’t read English and you’re with the tour group. Your guide should be telling you not to touch the horse. 🐎 they yell at you pretty much for either being too close when the guards are standing or touching the reins. I am glad the woman said something, but it’s not her job and I really hope that citizens citizens not to touch. The wars doesn’t turn into a fist fight when the guard can easily say something.

Maybe they should be beside the guard instead of talking to another policeman. It amazes me that different nationalities who give the peace sign or points to the horse and guard like they have never seen a horse before. SMDH
I think putting. (Don’t pat the horse, as well the other information signs need to be posted on both sides of the wall……stupid people, no respect for man nor beast.
Do not touch the horse includes patting, stroking, kissing, etc. etc. That and a warning that the horse may kick or bite is all that's needed...preferably on either side, as you say. 😊
I don’t live far from there.. i would stand in the heat & say it all day for free if it’s gonna save the horse’s from being mauled on the body & face & give them peace, i care about the animals.. i have O respect for people

The guards are only allowed to say certain things. They’d be talking constantly trying to get the rude, stupid people away.
Why aren’t the guards yelling at people telling them not to touch the horses. They use to yell at people for getting to close to them.

There should be signs posted on either side of the door. Also cameras installed with a sign stating violators will be prosecuted.
