Bro i completed my 10th in 2018 and then complete my 12th in 2022 and the year gap is becauss at first'i gave my 12th from cbse board bur i wasn't satisfied with the scores so i re-appeared in 12th from state board and i also have my 12th cbse board admit card and marksheet to prove that.. will it justify the gap?
No, it'll not. They will just consider it as a repeat as you literally did. What I will suggest is to not mention but instead, fill in the gap with something else, like work etc. because gap upto 1 year can be justified as preparations etc. but not more.

US rejected me vecause I already have Master's (so they me 214 b - potential immigrant)

I worked as software engineer in TCS till April 2022 but after that I realized my master degree of industrial engineering is not much competent in IT field and I should learn some new skills for handling the ever increasing innovations in IT field and for that I found I should learn about data science. But this time I wanted to get an international exposure in my studies. So I started searching for a country which could offer me the best quality studies and experience so I found that USA and Australia are the best options. But my first priority was USA because it’s most advanced country in term of technology. But they rejected me on the grounds of 214b but my sole purpose is to complete my studies there and return back to my loving home country. Now i wanted to start my masters in data science in Australia. and after completing my masters in data science from Australia I would return back to my country because IT sector in India is at its boom stage and I would found a more paying and a good job in India.

Then the interviewer will try to find the answer by asking question in a different sense and if you are you not still able to answer then he/she will tell you to prepare for the Interview again and will give a different date for it
