It is good to have some anecdotal stuff like this, to know how different people can respond to stuff. It shows that studies are based on a bell curve, but not absolute truths.

Kris looks so different than he used to when he on sauce.
Any long term meditator with focus on breathing (breath suspension) will have far better HRV; I am a naturally more stressed personality type; but long-term meditation/breathing (autonomic awareness/control) completely changes all of this... This is the yogic science and applies to all, and has been shown in many studies to do so... I can easily score over 250msS (measured with professional equipment) by just being naturally relaxed now in a 10 minute measure session...

As someone who has spent much time in India, I find it interesting that non of you mention air pollution/pollution (burnt plastics, etc.) which is by far the worst problem there and the reason I do not live there myself, though otherwise a fabulous place, though overcrowded....

The body doesn't recognise these supplements as food, actually when you are eating huge numbers of supplements the body is wondering what the hell is this stuff. The body will put up with it for a few years but eventually it will start co complain about
150 supplements? Surely that's just ridiculous? That's not living a life. It's called obsession.
