Thanks so much for your video on your diy fel. I just bought a '77 bolens lawn tractor (h14xl), which came with a 38" snow blower, and a 26" bulldozer blade. Both are hydraulic, and run via the hydrostatic trans. I have a bucket kit that is missing several pieces, but bcs of your video, I am in the process of making a front end loader very similar to yours. The exception is that I'm using 4 HD 300# electric actuators to lift the bucket, & perform the dumping function. Your information has been very very good, and has helped me with the frame building process. Thanks for the info and best wishes.
well done! how about a full description of the hydraulics how to and where to run all the lines fittings test running the pump etc. im building a zturn conversion on a buck style loader but fully hydraulic.
I know this my seem lame but I don't think my build and a zturn build would would have much in common with each other. My RUclips shows most of my lines hydraulics and how they are routed.
The gear has a collar with set screw and spline and its ID is the same as the OD of the shaft. The shaft has a 3⁄8 - 24 factory tap that keeps the top and bottom pulls with spline attached. I cut the bottom pully off replaced with the sprocket with collar. Then the factory bolt and washer keep everything in place along with the set screw and spline. Hope this helps I have a photo but no means that I have found to attach to a comment in RUclips Studio
2x2x3/16 and 2x4x1/8 inch stock.. What pump motor specs or model and same for the hydraulic cylinders and finally teh control box for up /down and bucket tilt up / down. This info would be nice
I like the loader. Can you tell me what size are hydrualic cylinders. If I wanted to buy some. How would I go about knowing how to order the right ones.

This is very useful. I was wondering what cylinders and pump to use
What type of metal tubing did you use on your bucket for hydraulic lines
Brake Line, 3/8" X 60" Steel from Del City. Rated at 3000 psi my pump is rated at 2500 psi
