Hi, thanks for the advice but the main concern i feel with girls having thick thighs as the leggings or pants starting torn because of continuing rubbing from inner things portion. Do you any trouser/pants suggestions for such issue ( specially for gym) , so the leggings or trousers will use for longer period?

U cn wear seemless cycling shorts under d leggings, or u cn try to rub roll on sticks on ur inner thighs so as to avoid friction... ( evn I learnt all ds from you tube 🤩) n as for d outer layer of legging u cn try n apply dusting powder on them n also try to size up ur leggings...

@@poojaaparaj2838 Pooja aise tights buy kare jo jiski size kamar mein kam aur butt aur thighs pe jyada badi ho. Woh aapko achi fit aayengi aur stomach pe loose nahi hoge.

off course you hv to wear….you can wear seamless panties or boy shorts or cycling shorts or thongs…

Depends on your workout Shalini if your more into yoga or pilates where flexibility is required then prefer not wearing panties, but you can wear them in gym, but don't wear normal panties because the v line is clearly visible, wear thongs !
Personally i do gym but I don't wear panties.
